Well, I couldn't resist it, and I certainly do want to take it up. After all, it's only for $1, so that wouldn't hurt my aching e-wallet! Hahaha. But whusat seemed so easy to do, wasn't. Why? Because I couldn't get access to the casino's website, so I knew that my ISP was blocking access. However, I somehow managed to get to its cached homepage, and I finally managed to get into their flash casino, but it was the mobile version and not the desktop version. Ah, who cares, right? As long as I was in, then I could register, make my $1 deposit, and enjoy with $21 to play on a game, or on some games.
Anyhow, that $20 bonus did not get into my account immediately. I was informed by a rather rude Live Chat host that it would need several minutes to be automatically credited in, which it finally did, perhaps about 10 to 15 minutes after making my deposit. But never mind - the money was already in, the Live Chat host wasn't being pleasant at all, and I was only hoping for some fun time playing with the bonus money. Nope, I wasn't even hoping for a win, not at all, simply because I already knew how slow payments from any CasinoRewards casinos can be, so not winning wasn't such a bad idea for me!
Well, what more can I say? I wanted a good time at the casino, I couldn't get it. I wanted to have fun on a game, I couldn't get it. I wanted to get a fairly long play time, it didn't happen either. So at the end of the day, I only got disappointments. Maybe not my day, maybe not my luck, but hopefully someone else out there could get a good day out of this wonderful offer!
I'm sorry to hear your experience was not great. Would you mind getting in touch with me at Renee@RewardsAffiliates.com with your account number so I can look into the chat you had?
We had some issues last week with bonus allocation on the back end so they were taking slightly longer than usual, but that's no excuse for bad service.
Thanks for your help.
