So I made a small 15 EUR deposit, didn't take any bonus whatsoever, so I could play on my Finn game without any restrictions at all. My first play on the game went quite well, getting up to the 10 Keys level with just a 10 EUR deposit (I didn't take the welcome 100% bonus simply due to its high wagering requirement), and I was really expecting the game to continue on with its good play. Well, 15 EUR was actually a small amount to start off with, but my funds were already very low at that moment in time, so I had no other better choice.
After a few hours of play, with my credit balance going up and down many times, almost going bust on 2 occasions, but I managed to pull through in the end, had a nice comfortable balance of 59 EUR, so I quickly made a withdrawal out of it. Surprisingly, an error message popped up, the withdrawal claim failed to get through, so I contacted their Live Chat to find out why. Well, what do you know...a withdrawal cannot be made until the account gets verified first! The opposite of what would be required at most other casinos - make a withdrawal, submit documents, get account verified, then get payment. Well, it certainly was unnerving and unexpected for me, because only a very few casinos have this ruling, but never mind.
My documents had to be sent via email, because there isn't any online upload facility, making this yet another inconvenience for players. Nonetheless, my documents finally got approved 2 days later, not a speedy KYC process if you ask me, but I was happy enough to get them approved and got my account verified. But better still, with that verification also came the payment, so everything got settled within 48 hours. Not too bad, really, but best of all, I finally made a win on my favourite Finn game with just 2 small deposits - a very good result indeed! I would have given a 10 Star rating here if the verification and payment process was completed within a few hours, but never mind, hehehe.
