After registration at the casino, I went to the promotions page and clicked on the 'deposit' button of the offer. Nothing great at all about it, just the usual 100% deposit bonus and 50 free spins. Then I made a 20 EUR deposit via Neteller, my usual transaction method, and that went through smoothly. However, the bonus money was nowhere to be seen. I then checked the Bonuses section - but nothing was there, not even the 50 free spins. Then I knew that something had gone wrong. I have already checked earlier on both the Bonus Terms and the general T&C for any restrictions but found nothing. So why the heck didn't I get the bonus money or the free spins? The answer came in my mailbox a few minutes later - I needed to key in the Bonus Code in order to get that first deposit bonus and free spins! What the argh! Why wasn't this indicated in the promo section under that first deposit offer? And why the heck put that 'Deposit' button there in the first place? Everything should have been automatically done by the system when I clicked on that 'Deposit' button, without needing to key in any code. This is a gross error on the casino's side!
Well, like I've said so many times before, whenever something goes wrong the first time, then everything else would go wrong for me too. This couldn't be any more true! With my small deposit amount, I played on my favourite Microgaming game, Supe It Up. A 20 EUR starting balance can never be enough to play this high variance game, but that was all that I had, minus that stupid missing bonus money! Worse still, the game was damn blardy cold, eating all of my credits continuously, without even giving any decent payouts, nor any Free Spins game. It was down and down all the way to zero balance! I lost all of that 20 EUR in just a few minutes, and my dissatisfaction at Loki Casino was really high - all because of not getting that 100% bonus money and not getting that 50 free spins either.
