I just tried to use this bonus and when I got to king billy I hd to register as a new user. I seen that as a new user I was entitled to no deposit welcome bonus of free spins. After verifying my email address I looked under my bonus tab and it said no bonuses. At this point I talked to live chat I think his name was george beridas. I asked where can I find my bonuses at which point he said because I registered through this link I am not entitled to any of these bonuses. When I asked why he was very defensive and abrupt with me saying that using the link here cancelled out my welcome bonus and at the same time the welcome bonus cancelled out this bonus. So I said so your telling me I don't get either bonus the one your site offered me or the one from the link that brought me to this site? And he said aggressively well that's not our fault were not responsible for our affiliates or anything they offer you we can give you our deposit bonus if you want it but that's it. So I said no thanks I will go back to askgamblers and let people know how this just went at which point he hung up and ended the chat so I left him a review and headed here to write this. I am all around offended by his attitude, his lack of any customer service skills whatsoever, and the companies deceptive sneaky tactics to lure in new customers with appealing offers and after sign up they cancel these offers and say you can have this deposit offer only. Its almost like they get a commission off deposits they get customers to make. I am now annoyed and offended and I will never go back to this underhanded casino again. And I am surprised that a reputable page such as this would be affiliated with a crooked shady deceitful company such as this.
