LIKED

Let me be very honest here. I have been with Grand Reef Casino for many years now, probably for 4 years of more, and I have made so many deposits and withdrawals from this casino since then, that I would need a bookkeeper to track all of them! Hahaha. The last that I know, I have made a total of over $50,000 at Grand Reef Casino alone! Nonetheless, this bonus review is very belated, as usual, simply because I had no reason to do a write-up on it, not until now that is. So, pardon me if you don't like reading an old story, but I would like to get all things said and done anyway.

My first deposit was made years ago, and the Welcome Bonus offer at that time was probably 200% or more, probably even 400%, I cannot be sure now. Back then, I was having a good time with many wins in hand, so my first deposit at Grand Reef Casino certainly wasn't $25, the minimum required amount. Usually, I would deposit $100 or more for such nice bonus offers, because I had 3 favourite hot Playtech games to play on! Which games? Dolphin Reef, Safari Heat and Mr Cashback. These 3 games were giving me lots of wins during this peak winning period of mine, and these were the 3 games that I regularly played on at Grand Reef Casino.

The thing I liked most about their deposit bonus offers was that I could claim them as many times as I like, until the maximum amount has been reached. I have made 3 or 4 claims in one day on many occasions, right up to its maximum bonus amount allocation, and I would then play them all on none other than Mr Cashback. This game required lots of starting balance, but the payouts were generous indeed, so much so, I made more wins on the game than I made losses! If there was some balance left, I would then play on either Dolphin Reef or on Safari Heat, hoping to generate some wins for more funds to play with. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Hahaha.

DISLIKED

The only thing that Grand Reef has failed to satisfy me, was, and still is, in its withdrawal processing speed. There was a time when I had to wait up to 2 or 3 months to get my payments, but this time frame later reduced to about 2 weeks, before finally settling in to around 4 or 5 days. The fastest was in 2 days. Even now, in 2017, this 5 days period has not changed, and this does not look good for Grand Reef Casino at all. I would have expected a shorter processing period after all these years, but I guess some casinos may find it damn hard to improve! Hahaha.
