I opened my account long time ago and realized I didn't make any deposit here. Well the reason was obvious, by their T&C players from my country couldn't claim the 100% welcome offer, but I can assure you I have already claimed it and it was given to me by their casino rep, which must admit very nice and friendly.
The thing I couldn't understand was the fact that every welcome offer they had I was or players from my country could claimed it and as I remember they had few changes, first they had Netent, then suddenly had only Betsoft and when they come back again with Netent casino games I was not eligible for any welcome offer.
So my first deposit went just like that without a bonus, but when I contacted their casino rep, I was given the bonus amount and the free spins the day after I deposited there. Yes not the same as you playing with the deposit and the bonus, but still got it somehow. The first day I lost my deposit pretty fast, even the bonus the next day after, but from the free spins which goes free, no wagering at all, I had around 250 euros and instead walking away with full pocket I continue to play and lost it all.
By the way I played Dead or Alive and Piggy Riches and finally when I had good balance continue to play Dead or Alive and lost it all. Well had few deposits after but didn't managed to do anything. Still didn't made any withdraw from this guys, but hoping to do so in the near future. Good luck.
