It's been a few months since I made my first deposit at Champagne Spin Casino, so I finally made my second deposit of $40, solely for the purpose of playing my favourite Finn game, which I haven't yet played at this casino. Very soon after, Rick Valentine, a very nice and helpful person, replied and asked what my problem was. I told him the purpose of my deposit, why I didn't want to take up the second deposit bonus offer, and that my only intention was to play on that Finn game. I also told him that I wasn't interested to play on any other game and for me to wager 1x my deposit amount on a game that I didn't want to play was a very unreasonable requirement. I would certainly wager it on that Finn game but not anything else. Finally, I told Rick that if I cannot withdraw my deposit without that 1x wagering requirement, I would close my account at Champagne Spin Casino. Rick then told me to hold on whilst he check it up with the casino management.
The next day, Rick came back with a reply and informed me that I could withdraw my deposit amount without having to do that 1x wagering. He had also requested the casino management to make my favourite Finn game to be playable with real money and would inform me once that was amended. I was very happy when I read that reply and thanked Rick for it. A superb response from Rick, the casino management proved to be very reasonable and considerate, so on the whole, a superb customer support services indeed!
I then proceeded to make my withdrawal, it went through without any hitch, and my deposit money was received into my Neteller in 10 minutes! Simply fantastic! If not for such superb customer support, I would certainly have closed my account at Champagne Spin Casino. Well done guys and please keep it up!
