Casino Estrella has nice welcome bonus. Here you can get 100 % match deposit up to $100. I am member of this casino for a long time, but I did not claimed it when I signed up for the first time. I do not really know why, maybe the min deposit was different than it is now.

Regarding the wagering requirements of the welcome bonus, it´s 30x (deposit + bonus). But note that, if you deposit 20€, you receive a 20€ bonus, which means that your balance is 40€ indeed. You then start playing with your deposit money, your initial 20€. Should you generate winnings with your deposit money only, you can cancel your bonus and cash out your winnings. The extra 20€ of your bonus will be deducted but you are not bond to any requirement at this point.
