A starting balance of £300 is pretty chunky for me, and so is a wagering requirement of over £10,000, so I knew I’d have to get a little bit more adventurous than usual if I wanted to beat it. I would have liked to have played Dead or Alive 2 on some decent sized bets for a while, but unfortunately Casimba has it on their zero contribution percentage list along with a hundred or so other games. The original Dead or Alive is in a smaller group with a reduced 20% contribution percentage. It’s a bit annoying but most of the games in these lists are the type where extended play gives some benefit or bonuses could be abused by building up some kind of advantage to be called in when playing with cash, so it’s completely understandable.
On this occasion I didn’t come close to beating my wagering requirement, in fact I didn’t even beat half of it. At the last minute before going to bed though I remembered I had 50 free spins to use, and whilst it says here on this page they are only for Starburst, Casimba does list a few other games you can play including Gonzos Quest. That’s the game I chose to play as not only are the spins worth twice as much when played on that game, it has infinitely more potential for big wins as well. I did actually manage to score a decent bonus round at this late stage, but sadly wasn’t able to clear the new 35x wagering requirement attached to the winnings from the spins.
I finished my night a little down considering how much my friend had won from this bonus. That’s just gambling for you though, and I’ve won from plenty of other bonuses this year after all. This is still one of the top bonuses you can play at the moment, though if I was to play it again I might deposit a little bit less to give me less wagering to complete.
