I'd built this free chip up in my head as being some kind of amazing reward so I was fairly devastated when it started slipping away from me at an alarming rate when I actually started to spin the reels whilst using it. No matter which game I played I couldn't seem to hit anything and as only slots are available for play at this casino whilst a bonus is active there was no chance of using Blackjack or Video Poker to boost my balance back up before returning to the slots.
I decided to go for broke, upping my bet to 0.75 and amazingly I managed a decent hit right as I was about to go bust. It only brought me back up to around 40 EUR, but I was sure that this bonus was going to turn out to be a total damp squib, so I was happy. In the end I did get a decent amount of play time out of the free chip but I never got close to clearing the wagering requirement.
Moral of the story? Don't be fooled into thinking your getting a great deal being offered a free chip. I was going to make my prior deposits here regardless so I wasn't exactly heartbroken when this money was gone, but I can imagine myself feeling differently had I made my deposits here solely with the intention of getting the no deposit bonus... although that does sound a little bit bonkers now I say it out loud!
This is a great treat though, especially for those who might not have had as much luck as I have with my earlier deposits. I am looking forward to being able to play Blackjack and Video Poker more freely once I've finished with these welcome offers at this point, but nevertheless it's been great to have so much casino cash to wager with whilst I've been a new member at Golden Euro.
