I had a $25 bonus which I wagered thru and had a $600 winning as cash left but then are told I can't withdraw this as it isn't real money. I selected play for real but apparently it isn't real. Will never play or recommend anyone else to play. It's a joke

You must wager a minimum of 75 times the Sign-up bonus amount, and the maximum withdrawal limit from a Sign-up Bonus is €100. In order to request a withdrawal from a Sign-up Bonus, the Member must have at least one approved deposit transaction into his/her Account. Only the first bonus applied on the customer's account is considered a Sign-up Bonus. The subsequent free bonuses that a Member receives before making their first deposit are not considered withdrawable.”
The bonus you wagered was the second one you received, that’s why you could not make a withdrawal request.
