Grim Muerto is a medium variance slot from Play N` Go. This slot is based on the Day of the Dead celebration in Mexican tradition. I prefer this game not because of its theme but because of the many features that at times can be very rewarding. The highlight of this game is the free spins feature where you can get unlimited numbers of free spins. Let me just be clear this never happens in reality but knowing that there is a slight chance that this can happen gives me hope every time I choose to play this game.

Grim Muerto is 5 reels and 20 pay line video slot game. The base game of this slot is very interesting and sometimes it can be very rewarding too. Namely there is one reel that is highlighted before each spin and if the guitar, which is the wild symbol, appears on that reel it duplicates to replace other symbols so there are better chances to win something decent. The book is the scatter symbol here and if it appears on the first, third and the fifth reel it activates the free spins feature. Every time I play this game I have difficulties activating the free spins. For some reason it is sometimes impossible. Initially you start with 10 free spins with lots of possibilities to retrigger them. In my experience I activated the free spins only once and I won only 50 x bet. A win that I cannot say I was happy with. This is a feature which has lots of potential to pay since during the free spins between 2 and 5 reels can be highlighted.

Grim Muerto is a game that I chose to play because of the base game. I always manage to land wins that are between 20 x bet and 50 x bet. Of course I hope that once I will win huge from the feature too.

Grim Muerto is a game by Play'n Go software that I discovered recently when playing at Casumo. I was given some free spins before and I really liked the game design, as I am a big fan for the Day of The Dead celebration theme because it is so mystic and colorful in my opinion.

I was also happy to see that with it's 5 reels the game has 20 paylines not 10, as many other Play'n Go slots have. I also have to say that the looks for the game are just an eye- candy! I think this game design wise could be my favorite Play'n Go slot, every color was vibrant and it felt like they have put a lot of details in the design, which I appreciated.

I have spent several sessions with this game now and I am very pleased with it. Technically, even though it offers only one bonus round, which is free spins, the game is very interesting and doesn't get boring. Also I have found that Grim Muerto can not only help to keep steady balance with regular, small winnings, but it also has a good winning potential. That is because of the wild symbols, which in my opinion are the real stars of the game. In base game on every spin there is one highlighted reel, but on free spins from 2-5. If a wild symbol lands on the highlighted reel, it expands, so in free spins you have great potential to have all reels with wilds, especially because on free spins you get another extra wild which is one of the marriachi symbols.

I also like the fact that this game has a second chance feature but in this case it comes in handy a lot, since it appears when you get 2 scatter book symbols. Then by choosing one of the marriachi symbols, you reveal it's prize- either it's empty, has a coin win or rewards with 10 free spins. For example, even getting 10x bet win regularly is nice.

Overall I think that Grim Muerto is a really nice game, I enjoy its' design, the payouts are pleasing too as I've had winnings around 100x bet a few times. The game gives me steady winnings which makes it a good option for me when wagering some bonuses, so except for the fact that the free spins themselves have no multiplier, I am really pleased with it.

Grim Muerto is video slot with 5 reels and 20 active pay lines. It is creation of Play'n GO software provider. I like how this game is designed, the music which appearing during gameplay is great. It is much more fun to play it than some other Play'n Go games.

I tried this one a couple of days ago when I had on my balance around 15€. I decided to spent it on this game, at first I had some winnings but at the end I lost the money on it. This game has marco siniestro mode. One reel is randomly selected and highlighted for each spin. Any wilds on a highlighted reel will expand, replacing all other symbols on the reel. This mode appears during free spins too, but there between two and five reels are highlighted and with one extra wild symbol.

Free spins feature is good, when you get three book symbols you get 10 free spins. During free spins one or two candles symbols awards you with 3 or 6 additional free spins respectively. There is also additional extra wild symbol which appears during free spins and which could raise your winnings a little bit.

While I was playing it, I triggered free spins only once. From them I won around x30 bet. I like how the feature is designed here. Another thing which I like here is second chance mode. When you get two scatter symbols this mode is activated. You have to select a Mariachi symbol to reveal the award. Beside coin wins you can also find third scatter symbol and the free spins feature could start. Well…the third option is that you will ended with empty hands. Hehe.

I think this second chance mode is really good,I never triggered free spins from it but I won some coins wins around x10 bet almost every time; which is not so bad for 2 scatters. I will rate it with 7 stars.
Grim Muerto means grim dead in Spanish and is a beautifully designed slot by Play n Go. This medium/highly volatile slot comes with some nice features and brilliant graphics. This slot has a Latino style fiesta, with mariachi’s providing you with entertainment in their nice colourful costumes. This slot has 20 fix paylines with 5 reels.

The game has a wild symbol which comes in form of a gold guitar. During base game, one reel is lit up and if a wild symbol lands on that reel, it becomes an expanded wild. The game also boast a bonus game if you land 2 scatters on any of reels 1, 3 and 5. You will be presented with 4 deadly mariachis and you need to choose one of them to reveal your reward. You can either win nothing, or x 2 your total stake, or x 10 your total stake or the additional skeleton scattered symbol needed to complete the 3 scatter symbols to access the free spins feature.

When you land 3 scattered symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 during the base game you will access the free spins feature. You will be awarded with x10 your total stake for triggering the feature, unlike you do not win any cash if you access the free spins feature from the bonus round. You are awarded with 10 free spins and one mariachi will become an additional wild. During free spins between 2 – 5 reels will lit up giving you more chances to win big. I must admit 90% of the time I win average 10 – 20 x my total stake, but I won x 200 my total stake and the most was x 450. I manage to get 3 wild reels on the screen 3 times in one feature and that resulted in a big win. During my free spins feature I sometimes get all 5 reels lit up, but unfortunately not even one wild appear on the reels and this happened on many occasions.

I love this slot and play it all the time at $0.40 and in the tournaments. I would recommend this slot. The base game of this slot does not pay well. Think of it as playing Royal Masquerade or Pimped but a better version of it since you win more often during base game.

Play n Go have really been making a name for themselves over the past 18 months as a credible alternative to Microgaming, NetEnt and Playtech and some of their recent games have certainly been of a high enough quality to earn them a great deal of respect. Infact, I have read many players state on the forums that they feel they get a fairer game from Play N Go slots right now with bigger wins appearing more regularly than the slots they usually play and bonus rounds being easier to hit as well. I don't know how much of that is just gut feeling but I have to say that I do get the same feeling when playing some Play N Go games including this one "Grim Muerto".

I couldn't get the name to translate directly but I'd take a guess from the characters on the games symbols that this slot is inspired by the "Day of the Dead" festival that takes place (I believe) in Mexico each year and was recently featured in the latest James Bond movie. A nod to a cultural phenomenon never hurts a games mass appeal afterall!

The games introduction explains four of the games primary features, and seems to suggest a possible screenful of wilds during the games free spins mode - a tantalising prospect for any gambler, although I've yet to actually experience such a hit in any game. I'm sure I will get there sometime! The game certainly looked interesting so far.

Getting into the game proper I was immediately impressed by the smoothness and fluidity of the reel animations. This game runs really well despite running inside a web browser, and I could easily have been fooled into thinking this was a download casino slot. Even the paytable sports smooth and detailed animations and gives the impression that this is a finely polished release.

Today really must be my lucky day as this was the second new game I have tried which gave me the free spins on my very first spin! The game adds an extra wild symbol to the reels and between two and five reels are selected as "special" on each spin. If a wild lands on a reel that has been marked special then it will expand to fill the whole reel, and if you manage this on all five reels on the same spins you'll receive the games jackpot of 1000 coins on all 20 paylines!

Grim Muerto has a bunch of neat tricks and surprises but my favourite has to be the "second chance" feature which activates any time you land two scatter symbols. The game asks you to pick from one of the four "Mariachi" symbols shown, one of which conceals an extra scatter and awards you with the free spins bonus round. If only Immortal Romance had such a feature, I must get two scatters on that game ever other spin!

I really enjoyed Grim Muerto, it's one of my favourite Play N Go games now. These games are becoming more and more common at the moment and it's easy to see why!

GrimMuerto is another muerto game from PlaynGO provider with 5 reels and 20 paylines so so not expensive game to be played, but after 100 spins playing this game, giving only very tiny wins or no wins at all I would call this game a bit expensive. I don't know about other players who already played this slot, but this game has something familiar with few slots like Esqueleto Explosivo or am I seeing bad, which reminds me how awful that game is.

So the theme of this slot is the Day of the Dead where is taken from the Mexican holiday where people celebrated it with Mexican Mariachi band, which you'll see those Mariachi playing this game.. The guitar is the wild symbol where it will substitute all the symbols on the reels except the scatter ones. The scatter symbols Book will trigger free spins if they land on the first third and fifth reel awarding you with 10 free spins. Playing in the free spins mode if the candle appears anywhere on the reels you'll be reward it with + 2 free spin.

I wanted to try this game and gave it a try with 100 free spins given from one casino with one small deposit of 20 euros. Playing this game with those 100 spins I managed to trigger the free spins feature many times, but when it comes to winnings I got only 2-3 euros which is a disaster award from all those spins. So my total balance was 9.20 euros so I decided to continue to play this game, thinking will get me some nicer wins.

Well all dead spins or very little wins even free spins included but all for nothing. I waste those 9 euros and that's the end of playing this game. Don't know, maybe its not my lucky slot, but from all that playing and I played it several times I doubt that this game could give me something bigger. I guess PlaynGO games are not made for my taste, specially this game.

Grim Muerto? Aah...the grim dead. That's what this new game from Play'nGo is all about. One look at the icons and everything becomes crystal clear, reminding me of the game Esqueleto Explosivo from Thunderkick. Dead Mexican skulls playing lively Mexican music, giving out some lively money for all the undead (that's you, me and everybody else, hehehe). Those highlighted reels on each and every spin? Hmm. From where else if not from NetEnt's Attraction. Combine the 2 games, add in an Extra Wild feature, and voila, you get Grim Muerto, from who else but Play'nGo. So, don't wait, let's go!

On each and every spin of the game, 1 random reel is highlighted. Any Wild symbol appearing in this reel becomes an Expanded Wild. In the Free Spins game, 2 to 5 reels would be highlighted, any appearing Wild and Extra Wild symbols would become Expanded Wilds, thus providing the chance for 5 Expanded Wild reels, if that can happen at all that is. Sounds damn good right? Yeah, but yet to be seen.

The Guitar is the Wild symbol, paying 1000x the line bet for 5 of them, the Book of Dead is the Scatter symbol, of which only 3 can appear on the reels, paying 10x the total bet and awarding 10 free spins with a random Mariachi symbol as an Extra Wild, for extra hot action. Each Candle symbol appearing during the free spins adds 3 more free spins, 3 Candle symbols retrigger 10 more spins, and only God knows how many more free spins can be attained in total. Hmm. That's not really true. We can know it too. Just need to play this game through and through. Hehehe. Whenever you get only 2 Scatters on the reels, a second chance is given to get the third Scatter symbol. Pick 1 out of the 4 items to get it, or win some coins instead, or simply go dead. Hmm. Trying to find that elusive third Scatter symbol had gotten me dead a few times already, but had also gotten that Scatter twice so far. If you're lazy or just simply scared to pick 1 out, let the Autoplay function do it for you. Makes no difference at all really. You'll get that third Scatter when the time comes, either you pick it yourself, or the game picks it for you.

Paytable wise, the Wilds don't pay a lot, the Scatters pay for only 3 of them, and all the other symbols in the game pay from 700x down to 75x the line bet for 5 of each kind. As interesting as Grim Muerto may play, the payouts cannot be that big to satisfy hungry-for-big-wins players, but most others may delight at the average winnings from this game. Even if all 5 reels turn into Expanded Wild reels, that would only pay in total 10,000x the line bet amount for the 10 paylines. Not a lot there is it?
Well, I like playing Grim Muerto, just as I like playing Esqueleto, but other than that, there's nowhere else to go. Every win you can get is nothing much and low. Damn! How low can you go, Play'nGo? Hehehe.
