Back on Dec 1st I withdrew $400 from my casino account at Club Player Casino and was told that they needed me to send them updated documents which I did that same day via e-mail to the address that they gave me. I did not hear anything so on Dec 8th I contacted them and found out that they never received my documents so I sent them again via email to two different e-mail addresses that they gave me.
All of my emails to them went through and were not returned. After another week I contacted them again and they told me they still did not have my documents, but after I started to get mad because I knew that they went through they finally told me they found them. So that was Dec 14th after two weeks. Now they told me it would take 7 - 10 days to approve the withdrawal...
