200% bonus sounds good and the site looking is fine.
Live chat is no use at all. I do not understand why those people there for doing nothing. So useless. Every time they asking me many questions such as personal details (full name, date of birth, mail address, home address, docs send) only to check the account then the answer is always useless. So I send the email for the support but never got reply.

I have spend 2 days only to get the first deposit bonus ask them to help many times but they did none. (Actually they left the message in my account said your bonus has been credited but none there.)

Volt casino is a newly added casino to AskGamblers and I noticed them sometime around last month. I didn't see anything particularly interesting about them, so I just passed. But I had many errors both on mobile and on instant play, all games lagged and I got logged out too many times.

Overall I know I was at fault by not reading terms carefully enough but I think they could have been highlighted more. Support could be a little faster and friendlier and in general, if the game selection is decent, then they should improve their promotions.

After some time waiting they answer me that I have to send in my documents for them to even VIEW my account. I try, politely, to ask for help with my money at first and later on I will send my documents but once again I am refused help. The support never even mention the money.

The "Documents department" is also a GMAIL account which sends bad shivers, seriously? I've never seen a public email account being used for precious documents.
