Difficulties claiming the bonus
Unfortunately, we experienced terminal difficulties trying to claim the bonus. Not because the bonus was not available, but because we sent in one of our residents, and they were unable to run the software. The testers experience is recorded below.
Using the link provided to visit the site, I click "Download Now". The download window pops-up, I click "Run". My computer asks me to verify running the file, since it's an "unknown publisher". I click "Run" again and the download continues. Next, I have to agree to the license agreement. I click "I Agree", and the installation begins.
After about 3 minutes (on a dedicated DSL server), the process is complete. I click "Finish", but immediately get this error message:
"DaVincis Gold has stopped working: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close and notify you if a solution is available."
...but of course no solution was found. Up until this point I've spent about 4 minutes trying to join DaVincis Gold.
I uninstall the program and try again. Same error...
Before contacting customer support, I decide to look up the system requirements of the software. Perhaps there's a compatibility issue with my OS, Windows Vista? A quick search of the site reveals that the FAQ page doesn't actually exist (it's blank), and there are no system requirements listed anywhere that I can find.
Being the stubborn type, I then visit the homepage of Rival casino software, www.rivalpowered.com. Again, I search for system requirements and find no information on the subject. It's time to test the online casino's customer support!
I ask the support rep if the software is compatible with Windows Vista. He says "Yes of course". I then relay the error message and he gives me a long series of things to try to get the software to open properly. You can see the full chat and list of "fixes" by reading "Test of Customer Support" below.
First, I disable my Anti-Virus software and Firewall. The same error occurs.
Next I try to run "cleanmgr" - same error.
Finally, I reset my default setting in Tools>Internet Options, and once more... same error. I've already un-installed and reinstalled the software, but why not do it again? Still, nothing... with no Flash version available, I give up....

Overall, I wasn't too pleased with the support at DaVinicis Gold. I did appreciate that, though incredibly busy, the chat took only 10 minutes total. He gave all possible solutions and sincerely tried to help in a friendly and professional manner. I was not pleased, however, that none of the proposed fixes actually did the trick. I was still unable to run Davincis Gold Casino.
Our conclusion
We can't strongly recommend the exclusive DaVincis Gold $28 No-Deposit Bonus, simply because we had so many problems attempting to test the bonus ourselves. Obviously, there are plenty of online gamers who are able to download, install and run the Rival software platform from DaVincis Gold, but we, nor customer support, could not resolve the issue of our resident tester. If you have had success with previous rival powered casinos, you should have no trouble getting the no-deposit bonus.
