Specialist mobile gambling technology firm Mobenga has followed up on its August launch of an iPhone sportsbook for Nordicbet with a new contract with major European online gambling group Unibet.

The company announced the launch of an iPhone sportsbook for Unibet this week.

Petter Nylander, CEO of Unibet commented: "We see the mobile channel as an extremely exciting and important growth area, and we are committed to provide our customers with the best possible solutions to enjoy our market leading offer via their mobile phones".

The iPhone Sportsbook has been designed to embrace as much as possible of Unibet's online ambience. Among the many functions, it supports Unibet's market specific approach, where navigational paths, offers, highlighted matches and leagues vary according to market and customer segment.

"Apple has done a great job in focusing on superior user experience with the iPhone and Unibet really wanted to focus on this, where localization and ease of use have been key factors." Christian Rajter, Mobenga chief executive said.
