Sometimes I want to run away from all that new video slots with great graphics, new heroes, great story behind them, every day some provider make great slot with great animations fine details and sometimes I just want simple old school slot to enjoy and this slot is just for that. At first look this slot may seem too simple. Only 5 paylines where fruits are most of symbols and not so brilliant graphics but sometimes I love to play it no matter if (technical) this slot is not even close to be good as some new Netent or Microgaming slots. At first I was thinking that they should put more winning lines to increase chance of winning for players but later I realized that on this way maybe you won’t win on every spin but when you won it can be big win. I usual play this slot with 2$ per spin and that is 0.4 cents per one line so when you get something good that will bring you a lot of money.

This slot is maybe simple but it has everything just like modern slots. Wild symbol, bonus round, scatter and all that make this game even more interesting. Bonus round is simple, first you spin the wheel and that shows you how much bonus spins you will get, and after that you spinning for money. It is very simple but interesting bonus round just like entire slot. I only must say that bonus round don’t gives a lot of money but good thing about this slot is that you don’t need bonus round to win big money, more often you will get big win in regular mode than in bonus round.

It is nice sometimes to relax and spin that fruits, hoping for some bells which are pays great. So I think that for all players who enjoy in old school slots and in Vegas themed games this slot can be great choice.

I have ambivalent feelings about Slot Century and really don’t know how I should handle it, like a classic slot or a multi-line slot. Funny, but the game chose the golden middle way as it has 5-reel, 5-payline to play on. Graphically it’s not a top game and its traditional elements – cherry, diamond, fruits, bell are not too attractive and as I see it the creator didn’t spend much time on the work table with it and the process of fine-tuning was completely out of the work session.

My dilemma is not just attached to the figures it uses but it spreads to other game segments too. The slot has a great top prize of 10.000 coins which can be won with the help of 5 Wild emblems but its ‘normal’ service is not in full capacity as it can’t increase any won amount that completed with it. The Scatter is a silhouette of a land-based machine and can pay up to the very generous 300 times of total bet but 2 of them on anywhere on the table is enough to at least return the total stake. Unfortunately, the Bonus requires 3 or more icons on the inner 3 reels of an active payline to trigger the Fortune Fairground side game. Because of the strict game rules and the very few lines, it is not an easy task to complete and get to the bonus room. The screen there is almost ugly and very elementary so the enjoying factor is very limited especially if the first wheel (what we have to spin to determine how many attempts we get on the carnival wheel) just gives us one try. With main wheel the prizes are between 10 and 400 bonus credits and what the number the slice show when the wheel stops will be multiplied by the line bet at the end.

Sometimes it is really not worth to wait for it but if the won bonus credits are more than 100 (in my case it means 20 times of total bet) and if I lucky and have a chance for more than 1 spin this credit number is definitely much more, so if that limit is reached, the bonus can’t be a disappointment at least. Generally, the game’s payout trend is like a classic slot and there are countable losing streaks but its potential to pay big (said again 5 Scatters would pay x300 of total bet) would make me think I’m with a 20+ line game.

This duplicity comes along with me every time I play this game and that’s why I said above I’m in trouble to what standard I have to count this game. Anyway, if the player can win a remarkable amount it doesn’t matter what type of slot the game is closer, at the end of the day just only one thing matters – Did I win or lose?
