Cats and Cash Slot

Play for real money

Cats and Cash is a 5-reel 15-payline video slot by Play’n Go software provider that takes you to the funky 70’s where disco-style cats are ready to party. Take them for a spin right here for free, or go to Play’n Go Casinos to play for real money.

Before you join the crazy cats in the night club, just remember to adjust your bet. Pressing “Coins”, you select the number of coins wagered and “Coin Size”, which modifies the coin value ranging from 0.01 to 1. Clicking the “Lines” button determines the number of active paylines. And if you want to spin on the highest possible wager press “Max Bet”. “Spin” starts the game, while “Auto Play” spins the reels multiple times uninterrupted.

The Wild is the cheesy cat crooner that works as a substitute for all symbols other than the Bonus and Scatter. Get five Wilds and you’ll be licking your paws at a huge jackpot win. On the other hand, Scatter is the goldfish. Three or more will bag you a special prize, but it won’t trigger any features.

The Bonus icon triggers a straightforward Wheel of Fortune game by hitting three across the reels. Once you hit the feature, choose ‘Spin’, and just watch the wheel spin until it stops and you win a juicy prize. In addition, the second feature is triggered by hitting three of those gifts on the reels. A‘Pick Me Bonus’ feature will start, and you’ll be presented with a series of boxes, a la Deal or No Deal. Pick one to reveal your prize, anything from 10 to 10,000 coins. Just to rub it in if you only get 10 coins, the other boxes will be revealed one by one to show you what you missed out on.

Cats and Cash is one of my latest discoveries from Play'n Go software. Being a cat person, I was really interested in this game, as it is inspired by cats and the main characters in this game are cats.

This slot has 5 reels and 15 paylines, therefore the minimum bets are only 15 cents. I was surprised to see that there are two bonus rounds in this game and none of them are free spins. I had a no deposit bonus and my balance was around 22$ so I decided to try this game.

I played with minimum bets and soon I had 3 bonus wheel symbols and then I had the chance to spin the bonus wheel. It reminded me of Mega Fortune slot, and although the prizes weren't that high (I saw the highest one was 10$), I always love these kind of bonuses and they excite me. I won only 1$ from it, but what really impressed me about this game were the payouts on base game. A few spins after I had the bonus wheel, I received over 300x bet win because of 5oak win. I didn't think that Play'n Go was capable of such winnings because so far I think it's my biggest success from this software.

About 50 spins later I triggered the other bonus round, for that I had 3 bonus boxes on the same line. I really liked the bonus, although it was a pick me bonus with coin winnings, there were prizes like 20$ and 10$, so I think it's quite rewarding. But then again, there are no free spins, so it's good to have bonus that gives opportunity to win over 100x bet win.

I played a long session with this game and later played with 0.30$ bets. I had many winnings over 10x bet on base game, but on bonus rounds I just couldn't win over 4$.

Overall I think this is a very good game, it has very pleasant design, both bonuses are fun and after getting win over 300x bet, I have to say I think this game has good winning potential. I will definitely keep playing this game and it's worth trying.

I don’t know why but every time when I’m playing with Cats and Cash it seems to me a fine mix of Las Vegas-gangster themed slot even if the name tells everything about its theme and symbols. We can play here with some kind of money cats characters but they’re designed and decorated so well and specific that easily can be imagined a little story around them. Besides the banknotes, gold bars and jewels symbols I like very much the cats characters that illustrate some kind of player types like a fat, rich lady, a gangster, a sexy woman, a croupier and fortunately they have very good graphics.
So I can say I like this slot’s whole atmosphere and nice appearance and find it very clever original idea to replace people with cats. It gives a little charming and cute look to the interface what I can even more enjoy.

Fortunately, the game features at this 15-payline slot follow the footsteps of good impression I had at its visual appearance and have some really rewarding and great extras. Even if the lack of providing Free Spin feature is a noticeable shortcoming but luckily other things can make me forget this, for example potential 5 Scatters on the screen pay 400 times of total bet which is not bad. The most paying 5 of a kind winning combination with Promoter Cat character awards 10.000 coins and this symbol also acts as Wild and doubles all the wins while it’s substituting.

To offer some extra, the slot has 2 Bonus side games to play. The Wheel of Fortune bonus round is activated when 3 Fortune Wheel symbols appear on the first 3 reels on an active payline then the player get 5 spin attempts on the Wheel of Fortune that reveals bonus credits which later converted into cash. Usually my winnings here are between x 20 - x 30 times of total bet but once I gained around 100 times of bet thanks to spinning out the two best values on the wheel.

At least 3 Gift Box figures are needed on a bet line to get an entry to the Pick-a-gift Bonus round where we have to do what its name suggests and select from the gift boxes out of 10 to win and collect cash prizes (it’s like a little bit than the famous Deal or No Deal game). Maybe this extra is a little bit worse paying than the other one (and I’m not just saying that because the paytable shows less top prize here).
The only thing that I can’t understand (or better saying I don’t like) is why these triggering symbols appear on the fourth and fifth reels if it must be on the 1, 2 and 3 reels to trigger feature and they doesn’t pay in themselves?!

Despite of not having free spins to offer I still think it’s a more than correct rewarding game. I’ve never experienced any unacceptable long loosing stretches and luckily, the bonus games are very frequently triggered and during normal play lot of x 4 - x 5 times of total bet winning combinations are occurred mainly thanks to the Wild’s ability to double the prizes. All in all, I really love this slot and most of the times I’m satisfied with the return so I dare to recommend this little nice slot everyone.
