Gambling Wages officially apologizes to all their players

June 3, 2010.

Through the years Gambling Wages and its casino brands have developed a reputation for being a rouge casino. Our /forum/ along with other online gaming forums have [88] from players that until recently were not managed well.

Because of this, Gambling Wages believes it is imperative that they resolve all issues with players who feel their issues may have been dismissed with either unsatisfactory or unacceptable results.

In order to manage these issues appropriately Gambling Wages has created a new specialized client care department. The purpose of this department is to provide their players a more personalized client service which would serve to address any issues or concerns on an ongoing basis.

This player initiative is being headed by Marty Davis, Gambling Wages Sr. Marketing Manager and the casino brands he represents are as follows:

Cool Cat, Cirrus Casino, Cirrus UK, Club Player, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas and Prism Casino, Slots of Vegas, Vip Lounge, Virtual Casino and Party City.

If you have an issue that you feel need to be resolved with these Gambling Wages casino brands these are the steps you need to take:

1) Go to the home page of any of the casinos listed above and click on the CDS logo at the bottom of the page. This process escalates issues and you will be contacted within 48 hours
2) If for some reason you are still unsatisfied with the results you can contact Marty Davis directly by phone (1-800-549-7407) or by email
3) Finally, you can [89] on AskGamblers and we'll try to help you in order to resolve your problem.

Due to recent events we sat down with the Management at Gambling Wages to discuss the recent changes the Group has made in order to approve the running of the Casinos involved and we were insured that with the new Management in charge, issues will be solved promptly.

We have been criticized for listing Gambling Wages Casinos all though these Casinos are all labeled at AskGamblers as "Not Recommended". We do this for several reasons, first of all our listings include hundreds of other Casinos and to let players know about the complaints history of these Casinos, we have them listed as "Not Recommended" they are also listed as we have received dozens of complaints form these Casinos and therefore we feel it necessary to list them.

By posting this article we are in effect giving the group another chance, however we will monitor them closely to review exactly how these changes are taking place. The Casinos will remain labeled as "Not Recommended" in our Casino directory.
