for my view the situation currently is: - you deposit to the casino more than 10000 eur (in 2 months) and you lost everything for playing 2 games (with small bets, usually 2.- eur bet) - then on the same (or next) day after the last deposit/play, casino removes those 2 games to avoid you get any winnings back Yes of course, casino can say that the upgrade of casino was planned or something, but they can not just remove the games where player should have the option to get something back (because of the previous huge loss).

Hi, yes - I asked about this and got answer: We're updating also Redbet and since Whitebet works under same license and same regulations from game providers as Redbet, we're not able to release Netent games yet to Whitebet, otherwise we would take them off from Redbet. How it can be? There is another issue with that casino. I played 2 Netent games in this casino (Gonzos Guest and Elements the Awakening). I depositet and lost more than 10 000 eur during last 2 months and now they just removed those games and made the option for winning back something impossible. Is this something, casinos can just do??
