  1. Sorry everyone for such a late reply. After seeing the responses to my issue, I immediately went back to the casino and was able to finally get in touch with the manager and he paid me out Thank you all for the help! Sorry so late on thanking you all.
  2. Hi everyone, im currently over in Japan and I just recently got a good chunk of winnings on the slots earlier today on some free spins. I play this machine a lot and the free spins are where it pays out. Once the free spins were done, I had around $1500 in winnings and it immediately said "Play disabled, call attendant, hand pay US $1533.75. There was an attendant but no manager there and the attendant seemed confused of what to do as I couldnt pull my card out that contains the money and pressing any of the buttons did nothing. I asked maybe she should call someone and she did. She ended up putting an "Machine Malfunction" paper on the slot machine and asked for my name and number and put it in the computer and printed me out a malfunction recepit saying "AF GAMING MALFUNCTION RECEPIT: We have notified an AF Gaming Technician of this problem and apologize for the inconvienence caused by the machine malfunction. We will notify you as soon as a full report is completed by the AF Gaming Technician. Please retain this recepit for your records. Attached is a picture of the machine immediately after the free spins. The attendant told me to come back Tuesday when the technician will be in. Should I be expecting to receive the money or no?
