  1. Thank you, I emailed them and informed them that I was going to submit a formal complaint, true to their word, they are no longer responding so I went ahead and did it. Hopefully I will get some straight answers, thanks for your help x

  3. I know, extremely rude,I'm quite shocked to be honest. They've given me no time scale at all, they just keep saying their finance department are investigating and to be patient. I emailed very politely asking if they had an update and got that very rude response. Seems to be the same two people emailing me,if I email a complaint, it will go to the person I'm complaining about. Feel as though I'm getting nowhere fast and now they're telling me not to contact anymore, what on earth do they expect me to do x
  4. Iv just received an email telling me that asking every day won't make it any quicker and if I continue to keep asking they will refrain from replying to me!
  5. Yes I'm from the UK, iv never ever waited so long for a payment to reach my account, it's ridiculous. They kept me waiting all this time and now they don't know anything, safe to say I won't be playing on there again!
  6. Hi guys, thanks for your input, money still not there, sent my bank statement as they asked, six hours ago and still nothing, all Tey said is,they will try and trace the payment and they don't know how long it will take,I'm fuming
  7. Hi Yes iv contacted my bank (natwest) and they say they cannot see anything holding or pending to reach my account, instacasino are driving me crazy, I definitely won't be playing on there again!
  8. Hi thanks for your response, Iv been told they processed my payment on the 9th June so today is the 9th business day, it's all so frustrating, especially when the site say 24-72 hours. Hopefully it will be with me soon, Thank you
  9. Hi, Still nothing today, they have now said if I don't receive tomorrow, they want a copy of my bank statement from the 9th up until the present day,then they will investigate, they have no time frame of this. So frustrating!
  10. Yes I asked them to reiterate back to me the Iban and swift code which was correct, they say payment left their account, I will wait and let you know. Thank you for your help x
  11. Hi, Yes they say 9th, the only withdrawal method they offered was bank transfer, I had to give Iban an swift code, they're insistent I wait until the end of the day on the 23rd
  12. Hi I was just wondering if anyone has had any issues with instacasino? I withdrew £700 which they say they processed on the 9th June and still waiting. They pride themselves on fast payouts and are adamant it will reach me "sooner or later" but I'm getting a little frustrated
