Yesterday Bovada and Slots.lv sent a letter to their players informing them that they will no longer offer BetSoft games. I have asked AskGamblers to issue a warning about BetSoft games on their website, but they have so far not done so. What happened to me could happen to any player on any site that offers these games. By recommending casinos that offer these games without warning players of this issue you are essentially participating in stealing from the players who play the games.

I filed both complaints about a week ago after it was apparent that BetSoft did not intend to pay out the jackpot. In fact they have not responded to me at all, other than quietly updating their pay table, which says a lot about them as a company.

Thank you. I immediately filed claims with both jurisdictions, but I have not heard back from either of them. I have been told that Curacao is a joke of a regulatory agency and will do nothing. I'm unsure about Malta. I have read that they are very lax in their regulation, but have recently been trying to clean up their act. I do not hold much hope that either of them will force BetSoft to pay. I see my only option is publicizing this as much as I can to as many casinos and players as I can. If casinos start to drop their games as Bovada and Slots.lv have done, maybe they will take notice. It may be cheaper for them to pay the jackpot than to suffer the loss of business due to a public relations firestorm over the fairness of their games. I intend to be that firestorm.

The problem is not actually with the casino, but the software provider BetSoft. All play is done directly through their servers, and they decide who wins and who doesn't. If you can find a way for me to talk to BetSoft I will ask them. I have sent emails to them, any of their employees I have found on the internet, and anyone else that may be in touch with them. They have completely ignored me, and hoped that I would go away. I can prove the pay table situation because anytime you save a file to your computer it is timestamped. I can prove the time and date these screen captures were taken, and would welcome the chance to do so with BetSoft.

The point you are missing is that they changed the language of the spin after the fact, and specifically because of my spin. I have time stamped screen captures that prove when my spin happened, and what the pay table looked like at that time. It did not have this language in the pay table at the time I played this game.

I would like the forums opinion on whether I should have won the progresive jackpot for the slot "The Glam Life". Here's the background: I placed a max bet on the slot "The Glam Life" at the .50 mBTC denomination playing at Betcoin.ag. On the original bet I got 3 airplanes on 2 paylines granting me 4 free spins. On the final spin I get five Yachts on the payline which in my opinion should have triggered the jackpot. Instead I was paid 1000 credits. This I believe this is evidence to the fact that it was a max bet according to the pay table. 5 yachts = 200 credits x Number of bets per line. Five bets per line is the maximum. Based on them paying me 1000 credits they're essentially stating that I bet the max amount. So why would this not qualify for a jackpot? Betsoft is stating that it does not qualify because it was a free spin. I can find nowhere in the terms and conditions, rules of the game, or payouts description stating that a bonus spin is not eligible for the jackpot.
