Sorry if that's not allowed Just a quick read of reviews on the web show me that maybe not such a great operator after all I've kept all chat logs and emails etc so have proof how rude some of there chat advisors have been to me I'm a genuinely nice person and treat everyone with respect but I'm really loosing my patience with these lot My emails go unanswered and most chat reps tell You complete different info to the next , I've even been told there was no Complaints procedure by one advisor! I've asked to speak to management told no , asked for s manager to email told no Come on here and you can clearly see whoever was speaking for sky Vegas told lies and said my issue was resolved when it's not , they also said they don't comment on public forums but most other casinos do and I've seen skyvegas comment on other problems I have not heard anything from them For over a week I've read your guide and it's really good by the way but the way I'm being treated is not fair

I thought that myself , I literally have only been depositing since 20th April, only ever with one debit card registered to me , had a withdrawal of £6.5k around 26th April , deposited few more times then playing a slot game on the bank holiday Monday we just had and got my balance up to £60k so withdrew I've already mentioned the identification I've sent in and all matches up to myself Skyvegas are being complete idiots , customer service is appalling , still waiting for an email reply from the security dept from a week ago telling them there not getting my partners statements - no reply in a week!

Hi I've posted a complaint and received a reply which seems to be automated from Sky Vegas just saying they can't comment on a public forum I was in the process of contacting IBAS I've also messaged there listed rep on here but it says she hasn't posted since 2014 so don't hold out much hope of a reply If anyone knows any particular member of staff/management I could email at sky plzzzz let me know

Also can any casino etc refuse a withdrawal if you refuse to send bank statements prior to when you joined with them ? As I say I will Send if they allow me to blank out but they are saying no, was going to persevere with them and see if they give in , even if I send them I'm sure they will want sumthing else!!

Hi guys thanks for your comments Yes I mean sky casino /Vegas I have offered to send in 3 months statements with everything prior to sky Vegas blanked out but they said no , I'm not sending them my statements for last 3 months when I've only been playing and depositing for 3 weeks it's invasion of privacy in my eyes Definitely not sending partners statements in either If my identification didn't add up then I would understand but as I've said my I.D. Is spot on and also DBS is recent and you have to go through rigorous checks to get one issued They seem to be trying to get out of paying me but for no reason whatsoever It's all my own money I deposited no bonus issues as didn't receive any etc Really stressed out!

Hi all I'm new to this forum I've posted a problem again with Skybet like the original poster Briefly I joined 3 weeks ago deposited around 3k Over a few days I won and withdrew 6.5k no problems I deposited all this back over a period of about 2 weeks ( i know very stupid!) and got my balance up to a whopping £60k! Withdrew the lot, next day account was suspended, contacted sky bet , extremely poor customer services no one seems to have any authority either Eventually sent in pic of me holding my driving licence, letter from HMRC dated recent showing name/address etc, copy of debit card, copy of a CRB/DBS issued very recently Now after nearly 3 weeks no closer to being resolved , they now want 3 months worth of bank statements even though I've been playing for 3 weeks and 3 months from my partner who I told them in general conversation that she is sometimes with me when I play ! This is ludicrous to say the least By the way all my identification checks out no issues whatsoever and my debit card also matches up They have made me feel like a criminal and to be on a high from winning £60k and telling family etc and making plans to thinking now I'm never going to receive my money is soul destroying Any advice from anyone on this ?
