  1. Surely there should be a campaign by gamblers to inform everyone who uses online sites of these issues. Then things would change. When have you ever had these terms when you walk into a casino, never.
  2. So you read the terms and conditions, every time you click agree to a update on your iPhone. Of course you don't. You trust them. Well I used too. I will spend my time from now on trying to inform people what casinos to avoid
  3. I find it incredible that you think it's best practice for casinos to lead you to believe, that you can register, deposit and play in minutes. What your saying is that you need a solicitor to go over the terms and conditions before playing. Sure I should stick to a credible site, such as MR GREEN. They tell you upfront. No like backstreet online casinos like pkr wait untill you try to withdraw. Do you think they inform players who lost while placing higher stakes, that they breached there rules and bets are void. So should get there money back, of course second rate casinos don't.
  4. I don't think that's more than fair. I think it's a scam that they hide behind terms and conditions that most won't read when there going to have a flutter after a night out etc. I think these online casinos should be named and shamed about there hidden practices
  5. Went onto pkr casino, deposited £380. Was given a £300 welcome bonus. Was playing for about a week. Got it up to over £6000. Even got a email congratulating me on my winnings. Withdrew £6000, after a week waiting for a email saying I breached there terms and conditions. Dear Alan, We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is LTK111530196245557X. Please use this code in any further communication. This is Keith from the Security Team at PKR. We are contacting you regarding your recent play at our casino after accepting the casino welcome bonus and terms. We note that your play sessions were seeded or funded by bonus money play, as with many other operators there are rules surrounding the use of bonus money play, either by way of the games it can be used on or the rules around staking patterns. The PKR Casino Welcome Bonus includes the below terms, which you have breached by placing bets of a higher value than permitted. 16.The maximum stake or bet allowed until the wagering requirements of the Welcome Bonus Offer are met is €10 (or currency equivalent) or 20% of the deposited amount per spin, whichever is the lower. PKR reserves the right to void any Welcome Bonus Offer and any associated winnings where this term is breached. As such, and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions we have taken the action outlined above and have removed any winnings from your account leaving you with your original deposited funds of £380 which you are welcome to use as you wish at PKR ensuring that you stick to the terms and conditions. Your loyalty level and points have also been reset. Also as a gesture of goodwill, we have replaced your welcome bonus you lost as a result of your actions, we have therefore refunded your bonus balance with £300 which has the same terms & conditions as your original welcome bonus. If you would prefer not to have this bonus please contact us to have this removed from your account before placing any real money wagers. Should you have any query or questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. Sincerely, Keith PKR Security Team
  6. I know now but if they had adjusted the amount when it reached £500. That would have been on day one I would have still won a lot of money by the end of the week. I trusted them. Would they have gave me £500 back if I had lost the lot after that.
  7. I placed a £100 into spin and win account. Was given a £100 bonus After a few days I was lucky enough to get it up to almost £7000 I then withdrew the amount less wagering requirements A few days later I got this Dear Alan, We are contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal of £6,808 which was requested on 14th Feb 2016. As mentioned on our promotional terms and conditions, upon completion of the wagering requirement of the 3rd deposit offer a maximum of £500 will be transferred to your real balance. However, it was noticed that due to a glitch on the system you were able to cumulate an excess amount from the use of the bonus money. Our terms and conditions state under point 9.4 that ‘Where a manifest error, game error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points being awarded, the incorrectly awarded real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points or winnings derived from such credits shall be removed from the player account’. As such, the necessary adjustments have been performed and an amount of £6,308 has been forfeited from the account leaving a balance of £500 which will be processed to the payment method on file. Thank you for your understanding and should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us. Regards, SpinandWin Can anyone help please
