  1. Its not my bank. Its their norwegian payment prossesor. Or so they claim. It affects all norwegian customers and all norwegian banks. So all i can do is wait and hope its nothing seriously wrong as in the government here denying them to handle payments to norwegian banks...
  2. Still waiting on my money from skrill. It has come to my attention via another forum that it affects all customers from Norway. Its been over 2 weeks now and i have still not gotten a satisfying answer or my money. Still they keep telling me i can cancel and transfer to somebody else via skrill... How does that help me ?? Lol.. This is by far the absolute worst customer service experience i have had with any company. If it truly was a technical issue they should have some updates or some people working on it. Cannot say after 14 days that uhmm we still dont have a timeframe.
  3. Im having some issues with them aswell. I am fully verified and have cashed out funds to my bank maybe 10 times without any issues. Always prossesed and arrived in my bank account within hours. But now when i decide to withdraw my biggest amount yet, suddenly it takes days and no money. I call them and they say they are having technical issues with the bank that handles payments in my country. Well most bank issues usually sorts in hours not days. They are telling me i might have to wait untill end of next week. But end of next week is easter hollidays so basilcy probably 2 weeks from now. But they informed me they could cancel it and i could spend it from my skrill account.. But that is useless fore me. Im going on easter vacation and i was planning on spending this money fore som extra fun. But thats impossible without it being in my bank account. Why would a technical issue take days to fix? Are they just trying to get me to order their mastercard? Or to try to make me spend from the skrill account so they can earn money?
  4. But now skrill are having bank problems according to them selves.. Might have to wait untill the end of next week to get my bank transfer from skrill. Seriuously...... I am going on vacation this weekend and they do this to me. When i cashed out from skrill earlier it took hours and i would have it in my bank account. What bank uses days to fix any issue? Never heard of that before.. They try to make me spend from the skrill account so they can earn comission. Man this industry is *****.
  5. They paid me 40 000 today and will send the last 10 within 3 days. So i guess it all worked out in the end. Even tough i think their prossesing time could have been quicker. Most sites prosses cashouts to skrill within 24 hours, most within 1-2 hours.
  6. Well they keep canceling and changeing the dates on my withdrawal requests.. Its really weird. Originally i had 5 requests of 10K each dated 9/03 They then remove one of them. Leaving me with 4 x 10k from 9/03 They tell me to add a new one giving no explination as to why it was removed. I then had 4x 10k from 9/3 and 1x 10k from 11/3. Suddenly again they reoved one from 9/03 so i was left with 3 requests dated 9/03 and one from 11/03. I check my account again tonight and its suddenly changed again.. To 2x 9/3 and 2x 11/03. Why do they keep canceling and removing adding withdrawal requests? Its weird.. And when i ask them they tell me that i have so many withdrawals and i cancel and make new ones... But i havent touched anything. And i try to explain this but im told to be patient and i will be paid. They promised to pay today but that didd not happen and next payday according to their terms is monday. So i will wait and see. The reason i made this thread is not really the stalling they do, that is common among sites. But the canceling and changing dates on my requests is a bit confusing and shady in my opinion. I have cashed out several times the last few weeks. Im not sure if they are reffering to these withdrawals? But the thing is they have a weird system where the cash is not removed from the casino balance before the cashout is approved.
  7. Thank you. Yes im aware of the terms. They are supposed to pay me today according to themselves, but they have no explination as to why one of my requests was canceled. Its just a bit strange that they suddenly turn around when im starting to become a winning player.
  8. Hello i need some advice on a matter. Ive been playing in joycasino since december. Initially i lost allot, but on every deposit i made good playtime and actually where in proffit every time but as we all know beeing a greedy gambler i lost it back. They then treated me very well, with regulary comps and free spin offers( Really good ones like 50 spins on dead or alive on 9NOK pr spin with no wagering.) So because of this i continued playing here because i felt they treated me good. Then i start winning, 10 000 here, 7000, 5000, 10000 and so on. But i was still in the negative overall but closing in on breaking even. This is when the trouble begins: I win another 10 000, third winning deposit in a row. I then cancel and play it down to 8000. The money was pending fore some time so i canceled again and won up to 10 000 and made another wtidrawal. By this point my money has been pending fore some time from the initial request so i started asking chat if they could speed it up alitle. In their terms they say the prosses withdrwals on Mondays,wedensdays and Fridays between 10 and 18. But they have sent me payments on saturdays and sundays so they seam to pay whenever they feel like it. Then i ask chat and they say i canceled my withdrawal so they could not prossess it.. But i never cancled it. It was even there under prossesing.. Then they trick me into canceling and requesting a new one, imposing even more prossesing time. I tried to say since you keep stalling you should pay me today. But they just keept saying have patience and so on. Anyways, suddenly i get a email from skrill about midnight that i recieved 5000 from a merchant. I logg on and see its from joycasino. I check my casino account and i see there is 5000 there. I ask them via mail since the chat was not available why they sent half my payment. I immidiatley get a reply that they will check with finance depsrtment tomorrow because they are not there now.. Well they just sent my money so they should be avalible right? Then i went on to playing with these 5000 and i think it kinda backfired on the casino that where probably hoping i would play it all back. I win 50 000 from the 5000. And again i make withdrawal requests. Since its only allowed 10 000 NOK pr transaction i make 5, 10K cashouts to skrill. Today thay have been pending fore 2 days.. And yesterday i checked my account and suddenly its only 4 withdrawal requests. they canceled one but didd not prossess the others..Why do they keep trolling like this? This is very unethical and shady practice on their part. When i lose they treat me good and prosses my withdrawals fast but when i win i get treated like this??
