  1. Hi luckyloser, I have checked this with our Payments Department. Unfortunately, the manual withdrawal was initiated last Thursday, but got processed last Friday. The funds have left our Bank Account and should be available in your Bank Account any day. I can't comment on why your funds have not shown up in your Bank Account yet, but they should really be there today or tomorrow. Yesterday was also a Public Holiday, so maybe that's why there might have been a delay here. Anyway, you should not be worried, the funds are really on their way! Best regards, Oscar CasinoLoco
  2. Hi luckyloser, First of all, I do understand that you got a bit frustrated over the weekend, but our Support open hours are shown very clear on our website. We are evaluating the possibility to extend our CS opening hours and we have taken your feedback into account aswell. Regarding withdraw limits, these are stated in the Terms & Conditions, which you had accepted on registering your account. I do understand your point of view with no limits thou. I'm happy to see that this case got solved, but I can only apologize for the slight delay due to the technical error we were experiencing. I hope to see you soon playing our games again.
