Hi Everyone, I replied to the player on April 22nd, and your explanation goes as follows: Apologies for not getting back to you earlier but I have been waiting for a satisfactory solution or explanation. So this is the explanation I received today: Basically it works for the customer and not against him/her and it is the most common bonus set up. Why ? As without it, a player that still has WR to meet will find themselves needing to play his/her balance to zero in order to claim the next bonus. We have players complaining the opposite that the amount is too low and might need to be increased as it will help to clear the WR in case no balance is left. Please consider that players most of the time are not playing if the balance is below 0.8 and then contact support to ask why they have made another deposit and can’t see the next bonus. Please let us know if this sounds reasonable to you and what your comments are. We appreciate your inputs on this matter.
