  5. What irritated me was that the cop manager when I contacted him gave me a dumb answer answer implying that I was stupi "Yes you are correct with dates" Hello I was right with dates but you bloody changed them
  6. Thanks for that it wasn't a bonus it was a draw with 50 prize winners that was to close on the 7th and winners informed on the 8th. Contacted them on the 8th and was told winners would be notified over that weekend , then that evening the same promotion reappears on their site with the closing date changed to the 12tg, I raised the question with online support but couldn't get explanation Book of the dead on Mr Green
  7. What do you do if a casino changed the dates of their promotion after it was supposed to be closed?
  8. A promotion was started in mr green , terms and conditions stated the promotion ended on 7th July and any winners would be notified on 8th. I played the game a lot so was interested to see if I won, contacted online support on the 8th to be told winners would be notified over the weekend , bit suspicious . Even more surprising was when I logged in on the Friday evening the same promotion was up but with the 12th as end date ?????? Any one else see this before, I can't get straight answer or explanation from casino
