  1. Why would an online casino not display any audit third party seals if their games were certified for fairness? The point is to attract new players and not have transparency being questioned, so displaying the above would be an attraction and a reference point.
  2. It is this paragraph but maybe I just do not understand the wording: Genuine randomness should be something that all online casinos offer. Although Bovada Casino has apparently given sufficient proof to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, they do not currently have any third-party audit seals posted on their website. Nonetheless, these are the same games that have been verified at the Bodog website, and we have no doubt that they are fair.
  3. Your Bovada Casino review is outdated, as they are not regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and you have that they are under the subtitle “SECURITY AND FAIRNESS” in your review. At the top you stated license was terminated.....just thought you would want to know.
  4. So sorry Jill. I feel like Ignition Casino, Bovada's sister-site have lowered the slots RTP big time since 2018 started. Something has changed, as you get free spins over and over and when your balance is at $10 you can win $40-$50, but hit the free spin again and $50+ balance, you won't win a penny on 10-free spins, betting $1.25 a spin.
  5. Thank you responding and I understand that players will see this as I go to your site all the time,.
  6. I am so upset by this whole thing so trying to make sure I put the heat on.....and how did you know that I submitted on another forum already???
  7. I know ASK GAMBLERS doesn't allow US players to sign up for online casinos via your website....but do you help players with disputes??? I played the last 3-months at Ignition Casino under false pretenses. I am a platinum player, who regularly played for months prior to 2018. I asked chat a million times about the RNG certificate and they lied over and over again. I feel like I was scammed by Ignition. Right now, I am awaiting a call from their dispute department as they said they might compensate some of my losses, but that was this morning and have not hear from them still. If Ignition is legit as they claim, they should give me half of my losses back for the last 3-months, as they still are up thousands on me for the year and it is just ethically the right thing to do.
  8. JUST SOME NEW INFORMATION: I just learned today that Ignition Casino is no longer getting the games RNG certified and tested by iTech Labs or any third party. When I went onto Ignition today, I noticed that the link to iTech Lab certificate was gone and replaced by this statement (please see attachment): " How are casino game odds determined at Ignition Casino? We value and uphold fairness at Ignition Casino, which is why our website is supported by an impartial third party (iTech Labs) to maintain the reliability and integrity of our games. In fact, a pseudo Random Number Generator (pRNG) selects the winners randomly. So I went on Ignition's chat and inquired where was the link to the iTech Labs certificate. iTech Labs requires any online casino to have a link to their certificate as a requirement for it to be legitimate. Please see the chat reps responses (apologize for the crazy pics but they do not allow chat history to be sent):
  9. So what is AskGamblers going to do about Ignition Casino review? I live In USA but I trust your website for reviews, and Ignition is not playing by the rules. PLEASE PLEASE give it an official review.
  10. I am a regular player at Ignition Casino, and since the start of 2018 something seems off with the slots and I actually asked on live chat about who regulates them and about the validation of their RNG in accordance with the RTP, which are no where to be found anywhere. Here were Ignition's responses: Something is fishy here with those answers. Look Ignition does feature a nice variety of fun games, but they feel very controlled for reasons I do not want to bore you with because it will take to long. Regarding Ignition's "RECENT WINNERS" listed, there is no date or time there HUGE wins took place so they do seem like BS. Always thought that. The above is something to be concerned about, correct??
