Dafabet re-opened my account just after 2 weeks from my permenantly self exclusion request. They are refusing to pay my loses but their rule is very clear above. I know that i have asked them to re-open when but i guess gaming companies should be very sensitive and restrictive for those permanent self exclusion requests. Even i have asked you to exclude me from your site permenantly in my email ( marking permenantly in bold ! ) , why did not you manage to exclude me and re-opened my account? Is it matching what is written above in your terms and conditions and what you have done ? Well this is their fault and those kind of responses are not good for a big company like that. They need to accept their fault and compensate my loses and they should never ever let the permenant self excluded players to play again !(even aster 2 weeks time!) Am I wrong guys?
