why is my complaint not published?

I understand that you want to review a complaint before you post it on your site but why does it take so long? btw I noticed I made a mistake in the headline. could you please remove the last word = lol and replace it by the word it? that would be nice.
once I posted a complaint about vegasregal casino on this site and it took only one day until you published my complaint. would you please publish my complaint about Class 1 casino now?

oh noooooo. thanks for posting my complaint but please delete it immediately because it is wrong. I made a big mistake because I confused Casino Del Rio with Class 1 casino. I dont know why. how embarassing. it is Casino Del Rio that offered me a bonus but refuses to credit it. I dont even have an account at Class 1 casino. please delete my complaint now. maybe I will post a complaint about Casino Del Rio afterwards. sorry about that.
