On-Line VS Brick & Mortar Casinos ? - Your Gut Feel.

I have been playing many on-line casinos for just over a year.  I have played in brick & mortar casinos for over 20 years.

This forum/blog is simply a blog to compare brick & mortar casinos to on-line casinos. Actual winnings in the long term, (unless you were lucky to win a jackpot at some time), but your actual experience of playing on-line vs brick & mortar.

Have you found a difference ? Less or more wins ? Small or larger pay-outs ? Bottom line feel of on-line ? Do you feel more scams in either? Etc, etc...

The actual reason I started this blog, (unless one already existed), is to compare your actual gut feel and experience of playing on-line casinos vs playing in brick & mortar casinos.

I personally feel, after years of experience in playing in brick& mortar casinos and keeping track of my losses for both, that I have less and smaller wins overall in on-line casinos vs brick & mortar.

When I play in brick & mortar casinos, at least wins, (playing the same denominations in both type of casinos), are larger and more frequent. This is not to say that I am ahead in brick & mortar casinos but I can tell you that at the rate of losing in on-line casinos vs brick & mortar casinos, I would be way way behind with on-line casinos.

The issue I find with on-line casinos is they are popping up everywhere, some good, some bad, some honest and some "certified" but in the total picture, Can they be trusted ?

You would figure that since on-line casinos have way less expenses, you should be getting larger pay-outs, winnings more often but I don't find that to be the case. With licenses from foreign countries, where on-line casinos can get licenses to operate so easily and for less than $500 there are absolutely no "real" check and balances in those country's so called gaming commissions. No place to go if you encounter a problem.

The only place to ensure some help, investigate or check up on casinos are places like Ask Gamblers.

Again, so what are your personal opinions if you have had experiences in both type of casinos ? Do you feel your chances and wins are less and less often with On-line casinos vs brick & mortar ?

Thank-you

For me online casinos are better. In my country we only have Novamatic slots in brick casinos so the choice of games is always the same. For online casinos I've lost most money trying out new casinos and playing with bonuses. Today I play only in a few casino that pay out instantly and I play only with cash, no bonus attached. I found that playing only certain games from Edict/Mercur and Amatic bring me the most profit. It's more like a hit and run. I believe that if you find the right casino and the right games you can be ahead in the long run.

For me personally, I find online casinos pay me better than real life ones. Mind you I only ever play slots. I'm in Australia and the main land slot provider is aristocrat but I'm unable to play them at online sites, so can't compare their payout rate with land vs online.

My highest Cashout in a land base slot is only $1200 as opposed to cashing out like $30,000 in a month online lol. It also took me about 9-10 years to win big on a land based slot lol so online is definitely better for me
