My Point in regards to  these reviews is there's no real content involved and it sets a benchmark for standards if it is allowed to proceed 

that said most people who look at the reviews would know that a couple of lines are not exactly a deep analysis of things .

As promised, I personally took care to investigate the matter further and as a result over 100 player reviews have been removed due to violation of one or more of the AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, section Facts and Conflict of Interests being the most common ones. 

 

Thank to all those who reported the issue and honestly provided their feedback and opinion, it's really appreciated.

They had OVER A HUNDRED of those fake reviews?! Jesus, that must warrant some kind of warning on their page surely? That is a major attempt to subvert the rating system I would say, the scores of honest reviewers couldn't compete with so many shills.

Warning? I don't really think so... The issue was simply a matter of not reading our Posting Guidelines carefully on behalf the casino management team and the underlined rule below in particular, that's all. As far as I am in aware of, all that has already been explained and we don't expect further issues referring to the same kind of problem again.

I find it hard to believe that out of 100 people not one of them saw that statement as they submitted their review .. I'll bet several mentioned it to the casino too, they must have known by the end. It just seems like a big abuse of the site to me!

Nope, not at all. If we were banning each and every account holder who violated a rule intentionally or not, I guess it will be dead silent around in no time.

 

We strive to give a second chance anyone who didn't commit some serious violation of our rules. Of course, the final decision is always subjective, but guess we should all live up with this.

This is a sweet place, it's been a while since I found a forum where I actually wanted to write instead of just coming by daily to read, it feels very different here though, the lack of attitude is really just a breath of fresh air.

 

Giving people a second chance is right and fair if they are genuine accounts, and I think it's great that you give people the benefit of the doubt as many forum admin's would not. I guess this is what the "Warnings: x" thing at the side of our names is for then !

Exactly! This is what we were always trying to do here since day one and despite all the difficulties down the road seeing a relatively new forum member like you posting the above makes us believe our efforts were not in vain and of course a powerful stimulus keeping up the same way!

Thank you for this information. I see that the reviews are seemingly different.
