Help with verifying at Casino Cruise

Recommended Posts

Hi gamblers I was just wondering if anyone else has trouble with verifying paysafecard deposits for Withdrawl since this is a prepaid card it's almost impossible to send them a photo of ur details on it I'm decently having a problem with CASINO CRUISE in veryfing my deposit for Withdrawl any tips thanks in advance

Hi

I am not familiar with PaySafe card, the only advise i can offer is open a Neteller or Skrill account and make a small deposit, verify your account by taking screenshot and withdraw to neteller. I am sure they work on you can only withdraw to the last deposit method used?

I haven't used paysafecard either but if there's no physical card to take a picture of there must be some kind of web based system you can screenshot for them?

Do Paysafecard actually accept withdrawals? I thought it was a one way deposit method as its basically UKash now isn't it?

So they ask you the paysafe card that you used, with your details on it? I have been asked for the photo of the paysafe card I used or at least the place that I bought the paysafe card.

Surely there is a misunderstanding here, what they ask is impossible, unless you are a member of the paysafe card club. From there you can send them a screenshot which may have the pin you used and your details.

Do you still have the pin from the card?

When I first started gambling years ago this is how I used to fund my accounts using Paysafe or Ukash (now the same company)

Back then all I would be given is a receipt from the retailer with a pin code on that I would enter when depositing. There was nothing to take a picture of except the receipt. And withdrawals would then be processed by bank transfer to my account as Paysafe was a one way thing - depositing only.

I haven't used this method in years now but as far as I was aware things were pretty much the same.

I would first get some clarification on what exactly the casino is asking for.

Likewise cocopop I used UKash a lot at one point and it worked the same as you describe. The good casinos would allow me to withdraw back to Skrill or whatever else I used to deposit prior to the UKash voucher.  I'm not sure what the casino is asking for exactly... a picture of the receipt would surely be not a lot of use?

No use at all   And I used to throw mine away once I'd used the balance on the pin anyway!

Thanks everyone for ur advise today I logged into my casino cruise account and they rolled back my funds for the third time into the casino they sent me an email saying my documents were approved but it must not mean anything to them

And coccopop your exactly right I also used ukash in the past now the merged with paysafecard just for depositing and then withdrew with bank transfer never had a problem in the past with multiple other casinos

Yeah I'd definitely take ravers advice Peter, get on the case to support and ask them why your withdrawal has been cancelled again. Are you requesting the withdrawal via bank transfer?
