Sorry to hear you are having problems with SilverOak Casino and your withdrawal. Have you submitted a complaint yet? I'm afraid this particular casino does not have the best reputation and we already have a warning regarding slow payments here. However out of 171 complaints submitted against the casino 159 have been resolved so you may get the outcome your looking for.

First of all, hello and welcome to AskGamblers.

 

Unfortunately, I am not able to bring good news either. This casino and their entire group are notorious for being slow with withdrawals, but recently /in the last several months/ things went from bad to worse and now you could expect even bigger than their usual payment delays. AskGamblers Complaints Team have been assured though that they are slowly turning back to their normal payout frames which we hope means withdrawals processed within the time frames stated in their own withdrawal policy. 

 

One thing we know for sure is that if you didn't breached some of the casino and/or bonus rules there you will be paid. Probably late, but paid for sure.
