Those Cursed game errors ...

Greetings AG community , 

 

Just thought id float something in regards to game errors it may be a random thing 

or it may not be but have any of you out there run into "game errors" when a win 

streak occurs and have noticed when you aren't winning those errors just ...don't 

occur.

might be a wild theory but I'm starting to think the possibility is not so "Random"

the logic doesn't way up : I've had some bad runs lately after winning cycles were broken 

by game errors without naming any names I'm starting to become critical of where I play 

tbh. 

 

e.g Dead or Alive ....287 usd hit then constant game errors after mid play and in the feature , 

quickfire that's another one thunderstruck for instance suddenly wont load properly after 

a "server disconnection" and yet when I try to load it on other casino's it works fine ... 

just baffles me these things .

It's totally the opposite with me... Usually these 'game errors' are coming when I'm right in the middle of a long and usually, losing streak, and man, it pisses me off! 

 

The reality however is that these so called 'gaming interruptions' has nothing to do with our losing/winning streaks and are usually caused by communication breakdowns and/or various server related issues.

Its totally opposite for me,playing Piggy Riches slot and believe me this several months is the only game i have been playing,so when i get errors while playing this game or the free spins are coming or a big win   is on its way and yes i know it sounds weird   but true!

6 deposits later far as I'm concerned if a casino is not stable its time to move and in that regard I tell you there's one place I'm sticking with : 

 

And thats Videoslots I've never had one game error there and everything runs so smooth and the withdrawals are lightning quick ...telling you that is what you call 

a casino ..all this forced reversal rubbish is like the dinosaur age I mean if i walk into a Land Based Casino like in the Nevada Desert their not going to tell me come

Boom ..... and hey that place that I'm dealing with at the moment "Oshi" If your going to have a Maintenance (their claim) take 

the site down first so we all don't have to suffer through game errors it makes good business sense not to be up unless your 

100 percent operational Status ! Can't say the same about the rest of the Softswiss Group their Solid but Oshi needs to pull their 

socks up. 

 

This is why I'm picky about the places that I go too and the ones below you will never find this type of behavior : 

 

Videoslots , Casinoluck , Nextcasino , Bitstarz , Cashmio , Trada , Guts ,  32 red group ,Betchan , Limoplay ,

Don't how for how long you are playing online, however let me tell you that VideoSlots and most of the operators you listed above were not exactly the most suitable examples of casinos offering smooth and perfectly running casino environment in their early days... You know what they are saying about the teething problems and believe me, most online casinos are having these during their first several months, some even all over their first year or so.  Take VideoSlots for example, their MG Quickfire games were constantly crushing and a 200-spins-session without any error would be a rare exception rather than a norm. And look at them now, so many players define them as their top pick and undisputed number one...

Ok all I know is Oshi was running at half mast where as it should have been down for a maintenance and my complaint was rejected for 

not providing information which was provided "had i wagered the balance" means zero the fact remains the environment was unstable 

and should not have been up at the time . 

I've been around a while ValDes a long time and learn't meany lessons and I see places come and go all the time everyone thought the 

purple lounge was going stay around forever and whoa what happened to them I know my game and I know whats up so these Knaves 

want to duck and dive over a refund when clearly their casino was in error sure its just starting out but in my experience and its vast ...

I tend to leave such places on the back burner till I see some stability . 

 

And VS hasn't rocked the boat once since I've been on board  but its the same old story time to hang up the guns for a bit with a few places 

that are wet behind the ears ..flash and fast paying is one thing ...audited , stable , and reputable another.

Plenty I mostly play at Yukon gold and and Golden Tiger had some dream runs on there Lately I'm finding that things are a lot more stable on Microgaming casino's using the client ganna shift for a bit had yet more game errors today same ole story ...Guts has it right and Betat go down for a maint its simple really saves customers a bloody headache . 

 

Also in regards to Oshi I'm going to except the fact the they are a new casino and still working out some things and Technical errors 

do occur its life and I'm prepared to except that just was frustrating that's all k nuff said outside of that their solid just wish the concept 

of maintenance could be considered .

The errors are a big problem at some sites, I definitely notice problems a lot more when my connection isn't so stable... I know a lot of people find it difficult to understand why one casino might be better than another if the problem is with the connection, my boyfriend tells me it's something to do with the intermediary platform that links the casino to the slots (such as Every Matrix) being less or more fault tolerant, so casinos definitely could improve the problem though it would be a significant undertaking.

 

One tip that has helped me a lot... Plug into your router via cable if you can rather than wirelessly!

Hey Coco usually do as you build points and vip levels your rolling dice with competitions along the way ...the odd bonus here and there ...as long as you keep your Deposit:Bonus ratio right CR is pretty good all around and in 6 years only seen one time where I was logged out mid gaming outside of that been solid gaming with their

Hey Raverbabe I know what your saying ...well I'm running Cable and I'm testing the Con constantly between server and client ...that said there's still room for anomalies to occur one thing I would suggest for a lot of the instant play casino's is to develop clients although the Inherent problem of the casino's connection to the software providers would still pose a problem ... through as to the nature of how valid that argument is I think is a case by case basis ...based on merit .

 

One Constant that does ring true is that if a Casino's Connection to Software providers is experiencing issues those issues should be resolved in the most

effective manner that is least disruptive to clients as previously suggested maintenance down time ...though I see the arguments for and against this suggestion.
