Top 5 Craziest Gambling losses

We've all lost money in a casino right? Some of us more than others but our latest blog entry shows the top 5 craziest gambling losses!

The last guy gambled away $127 million in one year! I mean really - how rich can some people be! Surely when you got that much money it just doesn't mean anything to you. I know the value of money I guess when your stinking rich those values go out the window!

Have a read guys it's interesting to say the least!

Well, I so far only see 1 in the top 5 so far so I guess I'll fall into second place with the little amount of "play" losses. lol.

Was odd, Casino Rewards sometimes gives you a free hour to play on their casinos, and that free hour can be re-triggered if you're losing so I tried it.

Gave me 1 free hour with $1500 to play on Tiger Casino and I re-started it 3 times ! So that's a whole $3500 played in 1 hour increments. I played all their allowable slots and varied my bets from $1 to as much as $45 a spin.

The first hour I tried to keep it "normal" for me so I bet between $1 and $5 a spin. Nothing,,, :{ .

The second hour I upped my bets between $5 to $15 a spin and again nothing. :{

The 3rd hour I thought maybe they only pay out to high betters so I went to $45 a spin. Nothing ! :{

I could have kept going all night of course but I had to get up for work so I gave up.

Now, let me see, had that been my own $$ I would have been pretty upset but it was theirs although this gave me a pretty good idea of either my luck was absolute down that night or Casino Reward's Micro-gaming software simply don't pay, regardless of any bonuses they send out through their hundreds of promo emails for all their casinos.

Actually, since I started playing on-line and tried about 40 t0 50 various casinos, I can easily estimate that these casinos very rarely pay and good luck trying to ever match wagering requirements.

Here's where I have actually won and withdrew from out of all the casinos I played at...

Winward - Which ranks badly on Ask Gamblers and charged my over $105 for a bank wire for both times I withdrew $500 but whatever, I still deposited only $40, played through the 25x WR and won $1000. (Subtract the fees they charged).

Bet365 - Deposited $40 and withdrew $269.00.

So there you are,,, bottom line,,,

THEY ARE BASICALLY ALL THE SAME... DO NOT PAY AND MAKE MILLIONS OFF GAMBLERS... :}

So basically the bottom line is you'll never really be in profit?

I think that if you ever win big and by big I mean hundreds of thousands, or a million + then they key is to STOP. I'm not saying I wouldn't try for fun with HUGE bets - but I'd do it just once and then I think I'd call it a day;. After all I've achieved my ultimate goal !

Back in those days when I was practically hunting for anything free, those 'play for 1 hour' gimmicks were my favourites! Wherever there was a 'play for 1 hour' offer, I had played it...at least once. Just like Honestdude said, I too would restart the 1 hour play as many times as I could.

Yeah...you can only find those gimmicks at Microgaming casinos! I had played hundreds of those offers in those days. Malibu Casino offered a 24 hour play period...I played that too...a few times, using different IDs of course, hahaha.

And what's the BEST PART OF IT ALL??? I NEVER EVEN WON ONCE!!! Can you imagine that?

And that's how I came to hate all MG casinos till now! -_-

I was never into those 1 Hour things that much, I played a few but not many. Valleys on the other hand exactly the same as you Afi found as many as he could and played them all! But as same as you it never ended well. In fact I recall him having several problems at numerous casinos when making the deposit to tranfer any funds at the end of the 1 hour.

I've always thought they are a waste of time personally.

Sorry to say that, but somehow I don't find the connection between your post and the relevant forum topic title you chosen for your rant.

Just because you didn't manage to win from the 1-hour-free-play promos offered by some of the Casino Rewards casinos doesn't mean that the gambling software they are using /Microgaming/ is ''not paying''. It means you either had a bad luck this night or simply chosen a wrong approach to this very specific promotion. I, for one, would always quit as soon as the max allowed amount for conversion has been reached and min bets were played, sometimes that happened after the very first 40-50 rounds.

As for Winward casino and comparing any TopGame powered casino with any Microgaming powered casino, that's not even worth discussing as it's absolutely ridiculous in any aspect.

Don't be sorry Val,, you seem to use the relevance of forum topics often, here's another you mentioned to someone else and I read a few more. "ValDes, on 20 Feb 2016 - 06:58 AM, said:

Sorry, but I just cannot find what's the connection between the subject of this forum topic and your sports information trading? Care to clarify? ". I'm sorry to say that I don't agree either as the forum topic is about the "Top craziest Losses" and since I didn't see any postings after that 1 I added mine and it wasn't a "rant.". It was relevant to the topic of craziest top losses as this was losses from free play for hours. Isn't that crazy ?

Alfi4win also mentioned his experience in the free plays. As for you thinking it's a rant simply because you believe that that was all "bad luck", well of course losing is all bad luck isn't it ? The fact that I, and others have played for hours losing all the time on that particular free play is not just a "coincidence".

As for the "wrong"  strategy of playing, well you were wrong there too cause I played without a single win. On my second try with another Casino Rewards free play on Golden Tiger, I played about 20 spins, won and clicked on the quit early if winning so collected the $100 maximum, which is only given if you deposit $50 and then must fill the WR of 30x of both the win and the deposit. Ridiculous.
Now this may be eligible for a separate topic but Casino Rewards and Microgaiming also use false advertisement. I have the proof of this as well but maybe start a post alone on Casino Rewards' advertising tactics to lure gamblers through enticement. Which btw is illegal in many countries.

Yeah, whatever, obviously you will not hear what I'm trying to say anyways so I prefer to end this useless discussion right here...

P.S. Have edited your post a bit cause it was displayed as a giant quote, hope you don't mind as it now looks a lot better and it's way easier for those reading to see what was the quote and was your own post.

Seriously $127 million is he throwing away his money? I almost shout "127 MILLION DOLLARS" when I read how much he lost on casino in just 1 year. I cannot imagine loosing that kind of money sure I gamble a lot but I know my limitations specially with my money that I can gamble.

It just goes to show $127 million means absolutely nothing to this guy! Wish I could say the same thing!  :D

And just to add, if I had that kind of money to throw away I'd make all you guys millionaires before I threw it away in a casino!
