Joy casino and Casino-x

Hi

I just found out here that Joy casino and casino-x are not accepting players from The Netherlands.

The thing is I was able to sign up and made a deposit there.

Shouldn't they have a sort of autoblock kinda thing? I didn't manage to win but what if I won? would they payout the withdrawal or not? and should I ask my deposit back?

Correct it does say players from The Netherlands are restricted so you should not have been able to play and if you had won you certainly wouldn't have got your withdrawal. I expect you would have had your deposit refunded,

Have you checked the casinos terms and conditions it may be that they now accept players from The Netherlands since we added the casino. If this is the casino let me know so I can get our country list updated,

If I was you I'd raise the situation with the casino and if your country is restricted ask for a refund on your deposit.

Just have a conversation with their live chat and Marcus E said that The Netherlands is allowed to play so problem solved :D

hmm. interesting. i wish you good luck Leo .. when i tried to register at some other casinos where my country was restricted, i just could not complete the registration form. i think this is pretty much better, than that casinos allow you to register and later if you win something - troubles :D :D

Thank you very much mate but I saw their witdrawal time via skrill = 24-48 hours? not liking it. Bigger chance I reverse it, I want an instant withdrawal time like...

And listen to this funny story.I asked "one"Casino rep do they have attention to add my country because i couldn't sign up and the reason was my country wasn't listed so i could sign up and open my account there.

I got response from their casino rep, that i could open my account select some other country of residence :o and emailed them back so they will add my country and everything will be sorted out,but my question is ,what if i win something in the mean while and they reject my withdraw or is this normal thing, casino telling you to register under another country,so practically you are lying to casino but with their blessing

Well Helena I also do not like this casino anymore, if your country is not in the list I highly recommend you dont sign up.

I think if you starting a business you should know what you're doing. I just checked my account and was surprised that my personal info is almost empty and I am pretty sure I did completed it. Even my country is changed.

Hmm, that's weird to say the least... What you have been advised to do is in fact in a direct contradiction and breach of the aforementioned casino's licensing agreement with their licensing authority. In short, that's a sure recipe for a disaster in case you win big.

If you believe the list of restricted countries for these brands is being incorrect in their AG review pages, please let me know and I'l make sure to check and correct the info as soon as possible. ;)

I've spoken with live chat regarding this issue and he told me that The Netherlands is accepted so I think it's okay. He also double checked with his co worker.
