I don't know any casino that has 'stolen' my money however I've lost some due to my own doing. I deposit with a view that I'm going to lose, anything I win is a bonus.

There wasn't, there isn't and there never will be such class action lawsuit against any decent online casino or group of casinos. And do you know why? Because there is no reason to accuse any of these casinos for your gambling losses. Simple and clear. 

 

We had so many players here over the years who preferred to believe in all kind of 'conspiracy theories' rather than trust their common sense and I lost literally hundreds of hours keep explaining same things over and over again. And since you are obviously the next one who believes that has been somehow tricked by casino/s, I'll try to challenge you a bit and kindly ask you to provide any evidence you think could support such lawsuit.

This is a forum, I posted this forum to see how many player's are taken by casinos and agree, but all I hear is, it has not happened, it will not happen and this is a non sense topic, so when other player's see the negative postings coming from Admin's, why should they reply because 100% of casinos are decent, they would not do that and it's the player's fault for the continuous gambling loss.  In other words, take your loss, don't try anything and move on.  That sounds really great to hear, but don't say it is a possibility, maybe possible or worth a try!!!  If there will be a law suit, posting my evidence here will not be good to present my case/s.

 

Askgamler's has helped me in the passed with casinos that would not give me my withdraws.  Filing a complaint will not open eyes and get their attention.

 

So do you have anymore negative comments?

I personally don't think my comment is negative actually! I simply told you my opinion that no casino, even the ones I have lost money in have stolen from me. I deposited my money there and I didn't win. It's that simple.

 

I asked you to explain your title because I honestly didn't know what you meant by it and then I welcomed you to the forum 

 

Now if I'm being honest I don't entirely know what you are getting at! Are you saying that there is a casino out there has personally taken your money from you and it isn't down to the fact that you have deposited and just not won?

Thanks for the welcome!  Not so much referring to your comments, only in general.  I hear what you are saying and understand you can't and will not win at online casinos all the time, we win and they back what was won. 

I played on over 70 sites and only 4 out of those are decent, but they still are set to have the advantage and they are making too much money off of player's that lose alot.

I am self employed, so to lose hundreds, it's nothing to me, but I just want to hear what other player's think and what they have to say.

Of course there are a lot of loss from the players, whether you play online or land based. They are just like other companies, companies have to make profit otherwise they will be bankrupt. I mean you don't sue the land based casino just because you think they are manipulating? Sometimes you need to place yourself in their shoes.

If no one makes a comment, then I will see that it is not an issue and no body cares if they lose more and more money.

Oh come on... If you are here to make some serious discussion, be our guest and feel free to post any evidence that could convince the other forum members why you think casino are just ''taking'' your money and it is not a matter of luck. If not, please, spare us the time of reading all these unjustified statements, simply because you sound as a sore loser...

 

By the way, just in case you didn't noticed it yet, there is something called RTP /a.k.a TRTP/ which clearly explain how much you gonna lose.
