Caribic Scam Casino will find every way possible not to pay winnings.

After winning $1000USD and completing the bonus wagering requirements they closed my account and took all my winnings because i accidentally hit max bet once on a slot machine(i won nothing from that 1 max bet) and it was apparently 0.86c over their allowed max bet.

Hm you give them reson to not pay and they voided your winings and safe money. If this will hapen in any other casinos then probably in 99% case situations will be same casinos voided winings.

In this case if you "accidentaly" hit to big bet you should make break in play - imiddiatly contact ith live suport and explain what happen and - say this was one single "misslick" and you now contact to them help advice before continued playing .

Then you have more chance to resolved with succes this kind issue / if cashier find broken max bet rule after player meet wagering and when they reviev sesion of play and find broken max bet rulez then results usually is same in all casinos - winings voided.

This adviced with imiddiatly contact with live suport or casino emails when player make few missclick and bet higher then allowed NOT always give postivie results + but player still have better chance to resolved this with succes / if cashier find this high bets later before processed withdrawal then is no chance to recived money.

So its improtand to read terms and conditions and if max bet is example 5€ and you wona play higher stake then change slots line from 20 line to 10 line and set up biger coins - stake will be same but is possible to hit biger amount.

This has never happen to me on other casinos, once i bet $10 a few time just for fun and their customer service just told be any bets over a certain amount will just not count towards your bonus wagering requirements, they don't steal your money off you like caribic casino.

Again all the money i won was from bets ranging from $2-$3 yet they took all my winnings for one accidental bet. GOOD WORK....

Hello ozmikeli and welcome to the forum

I'm sorry to hear you've had a problem with the casino but as FAZ already mentioned when you hit max bet what you should have done is contact live chat straight away to let them know.

I assume you knew what the max bet was since you read the terms and conditions right? Once you knew you had accidentally gone over the max bet allowed you should have stopped play until support were made aware.

In regards to other casinos - I'm afraid each casino is different and will handle the 'max bet' rule differently. It doesn't make Caribic Casino a scam which is why I have edited your title accordingly.

First of all, hello and welcome to AskGamblers.

Now, not trying to be Caribic Casino advocate here, but in the name of the truth and fairness some things should be clarified. The facts are that you played with a bonus and violated a particular bonus term:

8. In the interest of fair gaming, there is a maximum stake allowed per game round when you are betting with bonus funds. This maximum stake is €6, or your account currency equivalent of €6.

Should you bet more than this maximum stake per game round, you agree that your bonus and any associated winnings may be void.

Obviously, the casino chose to void your winnings and that's in a full compliance with their bonus terms and conditions. Now, whether they could do a gesture of good will and a compromise for this particular case is a decision which depends on a variety of different things put into consideration from the relevant casino team including but not limited to your overall casino activity, amounts deposited and withdrawn, bets placed in violation of bonus terms, etc etc..   Soon afterwards you came here and posted a complaint against Caribic which was of course rejected since you acknowledged violation of bonus terms. Instead of accepting that, learn the lesson and move on / which most players would do in your situation / you are now trying to put the casino in a bad light absolutely unfairly.

Please stop, take the advice given by the guys in the above posts and try to learn your lesson to avoid similar bad experience in the future.

Absolute disgrace - I am looking at raising a lot of these issues via media / tv / newspaper. Would you mind if I use your story ?

Garry, I know you are annoyed with your personal experience at another casino but the max bet rule applies at pretty much every online casino you play in with a bonus.

This gambling thing is full of lessons and I think it's great decision that you chose not to play with them any more, but rules are rules however petty they are, as in, this case!

Absolutely agree Coolivert. Gambling is definitely a learning curve, the more you play the more you learn. And there will always, always be set rules in place that us players must follow. We may not like these rules, but let's face it who does likes rules?! If we want to continue gambling then we must follow these rules, it really is that simple IMO.

For this to be entirely fair it must mean that the casino would have refunded him had he lost any money he deposited, at least from the moment he accidently bet too much forward. Surely u people arent condoning a casino be allowed to keep your winnings from you, yet still be allowed to keep the money you potentially could have lost, nobody is suggesting that is fair i hope are they?

See if the casino has not bothered to cap the bets that they put a maximum on and they still allow people to make these bets, then when they go to withdraw decide to tell them they broke the rules so they cant have their money, then surely anyone who breaks the rules should get the money they deposited back also, because in hindsite they where gambling with no possibility of winning, where they not?

Well I'll be......!!

Wouldn't read about it, but I was unsure about these max bet rules and accidently gambled many $90 hands, then someone told me that the max was $50 so I immediately stopped and lowered my bet, then when i got to the amount i deposited I thought I'd better contact support to tell them this to see if i still can win or whether i ay as well cashout now, despite being told they would be with me shortly i waited an hour, then couldnt wait any longer and continued to gamble and lost the lot in straight hands, now should i get this back or not?

If you are using deposit bonus playing games, I don't think you'll able to cash out since you've breached the bonus terms. It is player's responsibility to read the terms. Also, by accepting a deposit bonus you're agree with the terms along with it. Like at all land based casinos, if you lose, you won't get your money back. Asking your money back because you've breached the terms does mean that you are aware about it and I don't think they will grant your money back.

5. ***Maximum Wagers Allowed***: A maximum wager of $/£/€6 per slot machine spin is enforced until you meet the minimum wagering requirements stated herein or specific to the bonus which you have claimed. Winnings gained with wagers of more than $/£/€6 per slot spin will be voided.

okso Leodubbed is the first caribic casino employee im calling out, i suspect 90% of you are including admin is the the pay books of most casinos

Dude, you're thinking too hard. Not everything is a 'conspiracy'. I've been a gambler more than 10 years and also I had to learn my lesson the hard way.

Anyway, if you said you didn't take any bonus or not playing with bonus money then there's no limit to your bets except table limit which is couldn't be exceed.

Bets limitations only apply to bonus money. Please don't feel offended by us because we are here to help each other.

I can assure you andy that Leo nor anyone else here works for the casino. And I strongly advise you to be careful if your future posts, aggression to other members, especially those trying to help will not be tolerated at this forum.

Actually if you read what Leo wrote he said:

Fact of the matter is if the casino has a max bet rule even when your not playing with a bonus and you went over it then you will have your winnings confiscated. You should have read the terms before you played.

Totally agreed I should have read them first, so what price do i pay for not reading them first? Please explain to me and everyone else interested (as i know there are quite a few) how you feel about the actual main point i'm raising. I realise this may be inconvenient to the agenda of many users to make an educated response to my issue. So if you feel the need to divert your comment from my main point of concern then could you please save it for a more relevant post.

I will copy and paste my point of concern and if there is anyone with a fair mind, no agenda and an education level above year 7, your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Please I ask again do not throw me a diversion or tell me I should have read the rules as I'm clearly stating I DID NOT READ RULES, but my question is what price should I pay for this oversight?

For this to be entirely fair it must mean that the casino would have refunded him had he lost any money he deposited, at least from the moment he accidently bet too much forward. Surely u people aren't condoning a casino be allowed to take your winnings from you, yet had you have lost the money after breaching or abusing (by gambling over the allowed amount) still be allowed to keep the money you have lost, given you had no chance of winning and could only in fact lose from that point on. Nobody is suggesting that is fair i hope are they?

See if the casino has not bothered to cap the bets that they put a maximum on and they still allow people to make these bets, then when they go to withdraw decide to tell them they broke the rules so they cant have their money, then surely anyone who breaks the rules should get the money they deposited back also, because in hindsight they where gambling with no possibility of winning, where they not?

I will try to simplify this for everyone with my example cut and paste from above

Wouldn't read about it, but I was unsure about these max bet rules and accidently gambled many hands above the allowed limit, then someone told me that the max was well below what i was wagering, so I immediately stopped and lowered my bet, then when i got to the amount i deposited I thought I'd better contact support to tell them this to see if i still can win or whether i may as well cashout now, despite being told they would be with me shortly i waited an hour, then couldn't wait any longer and continued to gamble and lost the lot in straight hands, now should i get this back or not? Given that I had no possibility of winning as when I went to cashout I would have been told I abused bet.

The amount I lost was $1000. One could elect to look at it this way (although I'm not), is failing to read the rules worth a $1000 fine?

Ok so you want to compare to land based casinos do you, ok great!

1. A land based casino will not allow you to bet above the maximum allowed, whereas an online casino lets you just so they can use it against you.

2. I have seen it happen maybe 2 or 3 times at a blackjack table where someone has accidently bet above the max, the dealer ddnt notice and the hands where dealt, the dealer noticed mid hand or at the end of hand, called the boss over and the boss said each time let the hand play with results standing, the person won each time and was allowed to keep his winnings. Had he lost I reckon he may of had a case to get the excess refunded, although thats a whole different issue and dont concentrate on that point due to convenience.

3. I wasnt asking for my money back i was looking to cashout my own money which i had deposited, the land based equivalent of still having the chips in my hand.

So then I don't see the issue? You said you wasn't playing with a bonus and max bet you placed was $90?

Yes correct I made a mistake there I think the max is $50, at least that was my belief at the time, not certain on what it is though.

Why are you continuing to be rude? Do you honestly think that there will be anyone here at the forum that will want to help you with the stinking attitude you have just because you didn't read the terms?
