Everymatrix self exclusion

I had a complaint with the MGA about everymatrix and 2 days ago i got a mail from them saying everymatrix is going to refund all my deposits since i excluded in 2012 - minus the withdrawals ive made during this periode.

 

According to the mail this amounts to over 5000 euros,(allot of money)

 

I was told to contact the operator or to send my banking info to the mga. I forwarded my info to the mga and EM but got no responce. I contact the casinos witch one forwarded it to everymatrix and another one told me they had nothing to do with the matter and that i should contact EM.

 

Its been two days and i have not heard anything from anyone. I find this a bit odd. Has anyone ever been refunded by EM and how long didd it take before they responded/sent the payment?

Strange, but i am happy that you get something, it is always nice. Two days is not so many, probably wait a bit more?

Wow, that's ***** of a great job from the MGA Player Support Team! Big kudos for making EeveryMatrix finally move a bit and do something about their poor self exclusion policy across their network of online casinos...

 

Is that on an active AskGamblers complaints case?

No, i read oN casinomeister about another player who got his winnings confiscated but he then submittef a complaint and got refunded all his deposits since he excluded.

 

So i just tought i would submitt a complaint, since ive been playing on allot of these casinos and i was not even aware of the fact that they could confiscate winnings. Or that everymatrix was a company that owned all these sites. I just tought it was some kind of platform provider not a lisense holder. Casino dragonara has been very helpfull and forwarded my info to EM. I also found their live chat hidden on the bottom of their website so injave been in touch with them.

 

I was allitle anxious since i diddent really understand where to turn or who to contact since the mails says this and that casino so and so much refunded. But all these accounts are locked. But it seams like they are going to refund me. That would be really helpfull since 5k is allot of money and i can pay of my creditcards

Also now i cannot open any account with any company that has that logo at the bottom of the page lol.. So this is really helpfull to make me stopp gambling. Have not played in 2 weeks now :-)

Well, i can now confirm that they have refunded me all my deposits. WOW! Im just glad i didd not win anything huge as they would not have paid me. Imagine winning they Mega fortune jackpot and gotten told "sorry, were giving you 5k instead" lol..

 

Woke up and bought me two xbox one elite controllers and a PS4

Well, i can now confirm that they have refunded me all my deposits. WOW! Im just glad i didd not win anything huge as they would not have paid me. Imagine winning they Mega fortune jackpot and gotten told "sorry, were giving you 5k instead" lol..

Soo...you got your deposits back because you self excluded but they still let you deposit and play am I correct?

Yes.. I wassent even aware that all those sites where connected untill i read a thread on casinomeister about someone that got denied their winnings. And some casino rep explained that if that is the case then you are entitled to get all the deposits you made since the self exclusion. 

 

Im just glad i didd not win something huge and then they most likley would have denied my winnings.
