Bwin Slot error.

The same as what happens to luckyloser when I get onto the bonus spin it freezes on Bruce Lee, I come off and go back on and it says "You have 1 or more unfinished games. One unfinished game will open each time you re-login." and it seems to just reload the same spin with the bonus and freezes. 

 

I see... And what did the support there do to help you getting this issue resolved? Guess not much since you are here asking about that, so maybe you should consider exactly what luckyloser did - submitting a complaint

I added a little more to the post before about what I did to try and resolve the matter, but this was 3 days ago and the person who I spoke to said it should be resolved within 24 hours. I told them about the expiry on the money and they said it should be fixed by then but looks like it not. 

 

Who do I put the complain to? And how to I do it?

Well, they didd not credit me anything for the lost bonus round. After they "fixed" it the first time the bonus round was lost. And then when they fixed it again the second time the bonus round was also lost. After allot of back and forth with their support(Wich seams to be totally clueless) i just closed my account. 

 

By far the worst casino i have played at, and i would not reccomend anybody to play there.. Imagine if the bonus round was 4 wilds and 3 chests and not just 3 chests.. Then i would have lost several thousands in guarenteed winnings from the bonus round. Crappy customer service and they basicly stole my bonus round winnings....
