This is now more than a month I've made ​​a withdrawal request in the amount of 819 euros on winbig21 casino (request withdrawal dates 17/07 ) which has still not been processed.

Until now I never had a problem on this casino but my withdrawal requests did not exceed 300 euros.
On chat we have not stopped telling me your withdrawal will be processed in the week but nothing ever happens. Now no one answer me on chat . I also sent several messages to the support that remained unanswered.

What can I do for my withdrawal request to be processed?

Usually, I would advise to give the casino a couple more days to sort it out your issue, however considering the appalling complaints history of Winbig21 Casino here at AskGamblers I will recommend you submitting a complaint asap.

I'm sorry to hear that mate. Actually i'm also a player of WinBig 21 Casino previously but because of the slow payment and also multiple cases of complaint i decided to delete my account to their casino. I hope that you will get it as soon as possible mate!
