I hear you Valdes! With a Swedish background, but Balkan roots (Croatia/Macedonia) I would like to change these terms in the future. Not only for our brands, but also as an industry standard. 

Meanwhile, lets keep complaining! 

 

PS: Yes, I will in the future create something extra for Askgamblers with some no deposits spins for free. You guys been rock solid since we first meet up so I don´t forgot good old friends.

Yes, definitely. But with deposit amounts which will not be even close to the usual amounts when playing with bonuses. 

 

What about you guys? Have you already tried new Kaboo? :)

I'm not having a great start to the site. Keep getting a connection lost at the top of the screen and it wont let me input my details to register! Can't say I am a huge fan of the registration form, I like it to be quick and simple but it's not at the moment  :angry:

Hmmm... i wonder whats going on,too many errors as this one.3 Days days ago was trying to play free spins from Cherry Casino on Holmes and Stolen Stones slot,so while i played to many errors after that my winning disappeared,contact the support they told me they have some bug and they will fix that,yesterday i got another response they have some major problem

I've finally registered! But I'm really not off to a great start! Didn't get my 5 Free Spins on Starburst. I'm not overally bothered about it to be honest but when a freebie is advertised it should be followed through!

No it says I need 10 Echoes and I only have 5 so it won't let me exchange them. I'm still having problems with the connection this morning aswell.

Okay so I've had a reply from support telling me how this works. 

 

You don't get 5 free spins on registration you get 5 echoes. You need 10 echoes to exchange them for free spins but you don't get more echoes until you make your first deposit.

 

I'll make sure our 5 Free Spins offer gets amended to show that a first deposit is required in order to exchange your echoes. All rather confusing IMO

I opened the counter, I tried to deposit, it didn't work, I am I'll support, 30 hours later they answered me, try something else.

 

 

As much as I love their sister casino, I will not play here. That response was very unprofessional and I didn't enjoy it. Even their sister casino has a little bit of an attitude problem when answering me when I have a problem

It's really awesome when casino people takes seriously their customers feedback and do the utmost to improve and deliver better and better quality of service. 

 

Btw, to my big surprise, I got a huge positive feedback from casino reps for these expert analyses and most of them are now asking me to review their own casino's T&Cs. :) One of the rare moments where players and casino reps wishes perfectly match I guess... :D
