Simple...any bonus money or winnings from free spins CANNOT be used to play certain games (as listed out in the T&C). Dead or Alive is one of them of course.

 

An earlier incident at Casino Cruise...

I made my first deposit without realising that there are blardy restrictions on bonuses. After I made my deposit, I opened up DOA but the game just hung there...like a dead man...it just wouldn't start. Tried many other options, like logging out then logging in again...still the same.

 

When I checked with Live Chat, I was informed that I cannot play DOA because I took a deposit bonus! That got me DAMN ANGRY!!! My sole purpose was to deposit and play DOA. I had no intention of taking up the bonus but it came with my first deposit, so I just accepted it. Later, I checked their T&C...and it was all there...but I told off the live chat person that new players should be informed of this BEFORE taking up any free spins or bonuses. His reply..."you should read the T&C first" Like I don't blardy know???!!!

 

So...when I read that Tivoli has the same blardy T&C...I just drop the casino dead!

Anyways, what bothers me is that more and more, both new and old established brands are applying these sort of restrictions and limitations over some of the MOST popular video slots ever. I can understand they are simply trying to protect themselves after giving a bonus and thus increasing the winning chances, however no one even mention how much money the same casinos won from players playing exactly the same MOST popular games.

Playtech bonuses can be played with ANY BET SIZE at some casinos...what is 5 or 6 euros bet size limitation in comparison?

 

Other software providers are becoming more and more USER UNFRIENDLY!!!

Any casino that uses their software have to bend backwards and accept newly defined limitations and restrictions.

But of course...players are players...who just wanna have fun...and maybe win some good money...

and can afford to close their eyes when some new restrictions come into play against them...

these are the kind of SUCKERS that all casinos wish to have as their patrons...

the give...give...give...kind, and the "oh, never mind!" kind too...

and so...the arm-twisting, the back-breaking and the money-guzzling motions will never ever end!

 

Now you know why I stick with Playtech like an immortal leech!
