Long withdrawal process

Hello

I am new to this site. I have been online gambling for about 5 years. Against my better judgement i went back and started playing at slots of vegas, and i won a very large amount of money. Now i realize they are very slow with their payouts, it will be a month since i have requested a withdrawal and still do not have anything. They said maybe this week. It looks like they are only going to approve and pay on one withdrawal a month. ugggh!

I had made withdrawal requests for 2500 and they changed them to 1750. This will take well over a year at this rate.

Does anyone have any experience with them paying out, is there any way to get this sped up a bit?!

Thank you,

I appreciate your thoughts

Hi cj32269 and welcome to AskGamblers.

I have no experience with Slots of Vegas butI checked their rank and complaints history, you can check for yourself here

http://www.askgamblers.com/casino/slots-of-vegas-casino-review-r2495

They are very poor ranked with loads of complaints, its 75 in total, which is not a good signat all.

Their pending time is upto 15 days which is too long and weekly withdrawal limit of 2000 USD.

Now,unfortunately I must say, that things doesn't look good but I hope, you will receive your money.

You are on the right place and you could eventually submit complaint against them and AG stuff will give their best in order to successfully solve your issue .

Hello cj32269 and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. :)

Unfortunately, Slots of Vegas and all other brands under the same management are notorious with their long history of slow payments and never-ending stalling tactics. Sorry to be the bad messenger here, but you should have checked their review, complaints history and players feedback here /as Awena suggested at the above post/ before even thinking of depositing there. Now it is a bit late already and you should consider how to get all your money any time soon, or at least to get paid in next year or so. :(

Since it is crystal clear they will start paying you in increments /this is written and covered at their terms and conditions btw/, what I could suggest in a situation like this is to wait until they delay a payment and then submit a complaint against them using our AskGamblers Complaints Service. My observations are that no matter how long it will take /which sucks big time of course/, you will be paid eventually.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello, I'm new here and wondering if anyone could assist me. I have been playing on Slots Jungle for years. I won a Jackpot about 6 or 7 weeks ago of $12,000. They stated I would receive payments of $500 whenever I requested a withdrawal. I have been doing this for a couple of months now and have received my payments with no problems, and then I went in on Friday to find that the casino has been closed! Does anyone know what I should or can do? They still owe me $8,500.

Hi sandra :)

Unfortunately their activities stopped. Slots Jungle is one of the Affactive group brands, whose owner(s) are recently arrested. Nobody can give you a proper advice now, because nobody knows what is going to happen. It's hard to think anybody will buy these brands and pay out their members, after so many years of bad reputation among affiliates and players. It's even harder to think that the owners will pay from jail.

For now you only can pray for your $8,500, but to be honest, chances to get it are pretty low. :( :(

First of all, hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum.  :)

As I have already replied to similar question in another forum topic, please read below...

Yes, there is still a chance /although it is really really small/ to get your money or at least a decent chunk of it. What would matter most is the outcome of the trial against the owners of these brands, if there is such a trial eventually of course. They must be sentenced to pay all stolen players funds at least.

Another possibility if a new investor buys those brands along with the player database and all relevant outstanding payments of course.

And yes, hiring a good lawyer and arm with a lot of patience is also a good option.

ValDes, Thank you for responding. Not exactly what anyone in my position wants to hear, but the truth hurts sometimes. I can only hope they take into consideration that these people are in trouble by not paying those of us that won fair and square.

Hey Sandrac,

I have been playing at slots of vegas and some sister casinos for more than a year now. I do several cashouts per month. Procedure needs some time, however you dont need to worry of getting paid. I always recieved every single penny. (usually it doesnt last as long as they state in their t & cs since i am using neteller)

have a great day and congrats to your nice win. ;-)

Partyhummel,

Thank you for responding. My situation is a little different, they closed the casino and arrested the owners. They still owed me $8,500. Of my win.
