Well, casinos are blacklisted for some reason whether it's bad attitude/response to clients, most likely not paying to their customers.. When I see that a casino is blacklisted in askgamblers, I don't touch the place (in other words I definitely don't make a deposit). I had the same thing with Classy Coin casino, I wagered a bonus and when I read that they are blacklisted and have complaints, I let my bonus stay in the account and that's it. In most cases (but not all) you will wait for your money a long time, will go through many headaches.

Blacklist section in AskGamblers is one of the most powerful tools us the gamblers have to prevent problems (or trying at least), and I think when you are risking your money on internet you should consider experiences of another users just like you, and maybe you should also share your experiences to the rest of web community.

Hello redelk and welcome to AskGamblers forum. :)

First of all, I moved your topic to the proper forum location, hope you don't mind.

As for the Blacklisted section and all the brands we put there, my simple advice is to way away from those at any cost. As you can read yourself in the relevant blacklist message, we didn't blacklist all these brands for nothing, but because of their systematic and proven usage of unfair and bad casino practices towards their customers. Such practices include but not limited to extremely delayed payments, declined and stolen payments with no reason explained, bogus terms and conditions, illegal operating licences, etc, etc...

The operator you were asking about, Winpalace Play Casino, is part of the Affactive affiliate program and if you bother to check you will find out that the combined number of complaints against their brands is probably close to few hundreds! I am not saying that you will have problems with them guaranteed, however it's a sign, an eloquent enough one, that it is likely to expect some troubles with them as soon as you reach to the withdrawal phase.

I wouldn't recommend to make a deposit in blacklisted casino. But I remember Golden Palace which was powered by Playtech and was blacklisted on AG but I had successful withdrawals there.

Maybe you are just a lucky person or your withdrawals were for small amounts. Unlike the submitter of this complaint for example... :(

Let's face it, the 'payday' you are talking about is never going to come for these casino, or at least not for most of them. Until all these licensing jurisdictions are gladly sheltering and issuing gambling licenses with the single purpose of gathering easy money, rogue casinos will continue to do what they do from over a decade - stealing legitimate winnings from players and just disguising their brands from one name to another...

Once i have withdraw from blacklisted casino and that was Pamper casino. That was long time ago,i can say for my first steps of gambling. Then i knew they were black listed but i still played. So i was lucky just because deposit was not needed to make the cashout, but when i remember that it took me around 2 months to get the money in my e - wallet, mama mia.

Every day i was torturing them and at the end i guess they were feeling sick of my torture, they transferred the money and from then i dont even imagine to play at black listed casino,no way Jose for me !

Why would anyway play in blacklisted casinos anyway? Beside so many non-blacklisted :)

Hmmm....as for US players,i don't think they have so many casinos to choose from, from all RTG casinos, they only stayed several which can be trusted, then some of the Bet on Soft casinos,as for TopGame and Rival,we all know ,most of them are terrible.

Maybe they are interested in their huge, fat bonuses, not even thinking, what happens next when they have some win and that's when the problems start

VaIDes made a very strong point here. Conclusion- if possible, better stay away but if not, don't be surprised to face problems.

Well ...throwing your money on street or investing in blacklisted casino, same thing

Yep, I have to agree with all the comments on here, depositing your money in a blacklisted casino is as good as just handing your money to a complete stranger in the street! And what you do that?

I had to laugh at the title of this topic - can you trust a blacklisted casino??? Well I think the obvious answer is "***** no!" isn't it?! If you doubt the opinion given of a particular casino here at AskGamblers you could possibly search elsewhere online using google to see if the casino in question is blacklisted elsewhere, but why even take the time? There are plenty of great trustworthy casinos to play at,.

I guess in your specific case though you have some no deposit bonus funds which are supposedly available for withdrawal, and your question is should you make the small deposit in order to withdraw those funds - which puts you in a tougher spot as it of course plays on us humans desire for easy/free money! If you have to make say a £10 deposit to withdraw £100, then it may be worth taking the risk I think - though you could still search the web to see if ANYBODY ever gets paid by WinPalace, or if they are just a total scam joint. As far as I have heard, these guys do pay eventually if its not a huge amount, but will stall and create obstacles whenever possible, basically just a bunch of chancers, so proceed with caution!
