Hi all,

Just a warning not to trust this site or their sister site Wildjackpots, and do not play here.

I was looking for a new MG site to play at, and had heard GoWild were ok despite some bad reviews at various other sites.

I decided to deposit and play, and made the following deposits:

-first deposit $40, received 100% bonus

-second deposit $100, did not receive a bonus

-third deposit $38, did not receive a bonus

So I deposited and received some good play time from my sessions, so I was happy despite not being lucky enough to withdraw.

So all was well until I tried to redeem their 'Wednesday Deluxe' offer.

This offer gives you 70-100 free spins if you have deposited a minimum of $100 during the week prior to that Wednesday.

So I contacted live chat to redeem the offer, and was told after a long wait that I was not eligible and could not redeem the free spins because you cannot receive the offer from your first 3 deposits. Her exact words!

This is absolute rubbish, and just another scam site making excuses not to give customers what they have paid for.

NO WHERE IN THE OFFERS TERMS DOES IT STATE THAT YOUR FIRST 3 DEPOSITS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS OFFER.

The terms only state that the customer has to have wagered and played the welcome bonus, and spent $100 at any time during the week before that Wednesday.

ALL THINGS I HAD DONE!

The CS agent blatantly lied and made up her own terms to suit.

I have taken screen shots of the terms, however I can't post them from my phone, so will try to do so from my pc later.

SO PLEASE BE WARNED TO AVOID THESE CASINOS, AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN OFFERS AND TERMS, AND WILL BLATANTLY LIE TO AVOID GIVING CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY HAVE EARNED.

THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE BY SCAM AND ROGUE SITES, TO MAKE GREAT OFFERS JUST TO GAIN YOUR DEPOSITS, YET THEY NEVER HAVE ANY INTENTION OF HONORING THE OFFERS.

I'm just glad I hadn't deposited too much there and discovered this rogue behavior early.

I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away so no one else gets scammed.

You just can't trust any sites these days. It's getting worse and worse.

Thanks for reading.

I should also add that I also signed up and played at their sister site Wildjackpots.

Wildjackpots also have the same offer but on Mondays, so I also should have been eligible for this offer next Monday, but I won't even bother asking these scammers, as it's obvious what their response will be.

I just really struggle to understand the rationale behind the thinking of these casinos.

They could have had a very good and very regular new player at both their sites long term, who just spent a few hundred at their sites in one day, yet they would rather scam the player and throw away the potential of future thousands in business, just to gain a quick few hundred dollars.

Absolute idiots in my opinion.

I'm seriously considering giving up online play and just sticking to physical casinos, as I have lost faith in this whole business.

You can't trust anyone anymore, and just when you think you can, either a term, bonus or technical glitch is used to either rob the players of their winnings or not honor an offer they clearly should be eligible for and earned.

ON TOP OF THIS, I JUST CAN'T HANDLE THE BLATANT LIES!! SOME CHAT AGENTS JUST REALLY THINK WE ARE STUPID. JUST BE HONEST, INSTEAD OF MAKING THINGS UP AND EXPECTING US TO BELIEVE IT WHEN ALL THE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE SHOWS YOU ARE SIMPLY MAKING STUFF UP!!!! LOL!

I don't remember EVER having all these issues when playing at a real physical casino!

To top this all off, I was lied to by Casino Cruise over such a minor issue, and when I asked Betat's CS where the monthly deposit bonus was, I was told I wasn't eligible for it this month. WTF?!! I have always received this offer, and my life time deposits at Betat have been 95% straight deposits, and 5% deposits with bonuses. Now all of a sudden I'm bonus banned or something?!

You know something in the world isn't right when even your favorite site starts acting strange.

I'm starting to wonder if my argument with Leo Vegas has anything to do with all this, as I honestly have never had an issue before that Leo Vegas problem, now all of a sudden all these issues start happening to me.

Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Dear @ACrowLeftOfTheMurder,

Although I can totally understand your frustration and even your anger, please refrain from using such harsh language from now on. I know you are indeed a valuable customer by all casino standards and every online operator would regret for losing a player like you, but calling someone an idiot will definitely not help you in neither having your issue successfully solved nor feeling better in general.

For your information, I was unpleasantly surprised by BetAT this week too, with exactly the same reason. Maybe they are changing their bonus policy, have no idea...

As for your suspicions for a potential link between the issue with LeoVegas and your recent troubles I don't think there is anything in common between them, just a pure coincidence I guess.

It's not that I dislike a lot of casinos Coco.

I've stated before that I have a strong belief in total transparency, clarity and honesty.

Far too many casinos these days are taking advantage of players and confiscating winnings due to vague or hidden terms, or enticing players to deposit only to not honor certain offers used to draw the players to their sites.

I don't like to see any honest player being taken advantage of, and regardless of what you or anyone else thinks of me, I won't refrain from calling a casino out if I think they are doing the wrong thing to entrap players.

My comments are designed to help others including you from potentially being hurt by the same unfair situation whatever it may be, and to put pressure on the casinos to change if they want players business.

You must remember, that it isn't hard at all to have easy to understand offers and terms, and if a casino doesn't have these, then it's not hard to know what their intentions are.

There are many good casinos I play at that I have never had an issue with, because they always do the right thing by their players and always play fair.

You must remember that online gambling is a multi billion dollar per year industry, and all casinos have an automatic advantage and house edge over the players always.

This means there is absolutely no reason for any casino to have unfair or vague terms and bonus conditions. If they do, then they are bordering on criminal activity, as they are ensuring that no player could ever possibly have any chance of winning, and if by some miracle the player does, then they have some vague terms to fall back on and confiscate your winnings.

It's not about liking or disliking a casino. It's about calling out the blatant misinterpretation in the industry and forcing change through demanding clarity.

If all players band together and force these changes collectively, then slowly you will see the rogue casinos disappear, and the ones serious about player safety change for the better and make the necessary changes to ensure transparency.

Sorry if this kind of post upsets you, but if my post helps one other player from falling into the same traps, then I'll happily take any negative comments from anyone :).

Hi and thanks for responding to my thread here.

I appreciate your efforts, however this was some time ago, and to be honest I had moved on since I first started this thread.

Since then, by memory, your cs agent credited me the bonuses I should have received on my 2nd and 3rd deposits which was great, however this was only after I complained again about missing the weekly free spins for the second time, as apparently this time I deposited enough to qualify, however deposited on the same day of the promotion, which meant I did not qualify again.

As I had a similar issue at Wild Jackpots, I just got tired of complaining to your CS and moved on, as I honestly just have never had such back and forth issues at any of my other regular sites.

In fairness, even after this initial problem in this thread, I did give you guys the benefit of the doubt and a second chance with further deposits, but after being denied the weekly free spins for a second time, unfortunately it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, so I returned to my regular sites Guts and Betat.

I'm happy to give you another try if you want me as a customer, but to be honest, I would only do so if you are happy to at least credit the free spins at one of the two sites.

If that is something you would consider, then I'll be happy to reciprocate the goodwill and give you some of my future business again.

Feel free to PM me, otherwise if I don't hear from you, I thank you for your time, and will be happy at my regular sites either way.

Kind regards,

DJ SPIN ;)

Its a shame to see GoWild come on this thread and try make things right three weeks after the problem occured, as it seems clear to me that they genuinely wanted to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of their customers.... I expect you, the OP, did plenty to try and resolve things over live chat or another support method as well as posting here?

Whatever the case, I'm glad that the terms and conditions have been updated to make it clear that welcome bonus promotions are not a valid contribution towards the other weekly offer.... though I can understand that being the case if you have accepted bonuses on all three of your initial deposits, but if, as in your case, your 2nd and 3rd deposits were made without a bonus, then it would seem fair for them to count.

It all seems very complicated though....!

I am also glad they updated their terms for other players, but as for me, I haven't heard from the rep since my last post, so I doubt they were really that interested in keeping me as a player.

It's a little disappointing, but I see it as their loss as I have just decided to play at my other regular sites instead, and as I am a great customer to have, that is thousands of dollars they have missed out on since my last post here. ;)

I have also since discovered that all GoWild free spins have a max cashout of $100 which I think is absolutely ridiculous if you have deposited to claim them.

My regular sites like Guts and Betat would never have such a crazy max limit on free spins, but I guess that's why they're the best.
