Casino Room Question

Hi everyone,

 

I recently signed up and played at Casino Room after reading some good reports about them on this forum.

 

I just have a question. I've made numerous larger deposits without any bonuses, and unfortunately haven't had much luck or got much play time from those deposits.

 

Due to this I'd like to redeem my comp points and have some added play time before I deposit next, but don't know how?

 

In fact, I don't really understand how the comp points work. Can anyone explain please?

 

I currently have over 9,200XP points.

I think I'll stick to my regular sites.

 

It's a nice site, but bonuses you can only use on some Netent slots, and no comp program, means these guys can't compete with the other sites I play at.

 

Maybe good for a DOA run when they offer a deposit match bonus, but that's about it I think.

 

It's a shame, because they do have great potential.

 

All they need to do is remove the bonus slots restrictions and introduce a real comp system and they could rival any top casino.

I was impressed when I saw their representative online and I knew they must be heard of this question and now I see that you notified them.

 

I hope we will see their representative more often.

A friendly advice, hope you don't mind... A loyalty scheme, which your XP Poins idea is without any doubt, should be much better explained in your website so that your most active customers could get a clear idea what they could expect in return of their loyalty. ;)

Oh geeeees...I have somehow missed this new thread...but here I am now. ^_^

 

When I first signed up at Casino Room many months ago, I deposited and played a few times there, didn't make any win, but I like doing the missions from time to time. Then I left it for Casumo because the benefits at Casumo are better than at Room.

 

Later still, I found myself coming back to Room more and more...basically because Casumo became very very hungry with most of my deposits...and Room became more friendlier with me! In fact, right now, my account is doing much better at Casino Room than at Casumo...imagine that! ^_^

 

In just a short time, I have already reached the top most level planet, accumulated over 230,000 XP points...and most importantly...am still enjoying my favorite games there...like DOA, Fruit Warp, Barber Shop, Gonzo...etc, etc...and even the game that I hate most...Immortal Rommance!

 

Just two complaints though...1st, payments are not within 24 hours and can take 1 - 3 days...2nd, I cannot complete my remaining 5 missions because I cannot load the games...and their technical team has not been able to resolve this matter for me until now...sheeeesh...some technical team hah???!!! :angry:

 

Other than that...Casino Room is one of my most favorite casino right now...has overtaken Buck&Butler's spot...and now at par with Casumo! ^_^

 

(Sorry B&B...but I've been at Purple Belt for too long without making any progress despite all my deposits and plays there! :angry:)

But watch out though Casino Room...Goldrun Casino is now live with some Microgaming games...not that I like this at all, but most of you would...so it may now be a serious contender to other casinos...including Casino Room! ^_^

Regarding payments, I'd like to look into this as well. Depending on your country, the available payment methods can vary from same day payouts to 3-4 bank days with credit cards. We are working to improve the processing times for ewallets, because it currently takes 24/48 hours and we'd like this to be same day. I would like to check your account and see what caused the delay, because we are processing payments 7 days a week to make sure everyone gets their winnings on time.

 

We will be adding some fresh new Microgaming slots today and we launched games from Yggdrasil, a couple of weeks ago, really good games, it's worth to check them out.

After leaving this topic for quite a while, I'm back to offer some latest comments on Casino Room. ^_^

 

Firstly, my many thanks to Casino Room Support for seriously looking into my complaints and offering to improve on it. On top of that, I was then offered 100 free spins for my complaints (now isn't this very very nice?! ^_^ ) and I enjoyed playing that too. Can't remember how much it paid out but it gaved me some good playing time. :D

 

Latest update...I have been regularly playing at Casino Room since my last post here and I am enjoying my games more and more now. Since last week, I have made 3 small withdrawals from Casino Room. Just small amounts of $200, $200 and $150. And the payments were received into my Neteller account within 8 hours, 6 hours and 10 hours. I now have another pending withdrawal at the casino, woohoooo!

 

In short, Casino Room has paid me within 12 hours of making a withdrawal claim so far...all on separate occasions!

BRAVO Casino Room...keep it up please!!! :clapping:

 

My latest withdrawal claim of $300 will see how Casino Room performs over the weekend. Will it still take under 12 hours, under 24 hours...or still 2 days to receive payments. The delay is NOT at Casino Room, as I was informed, but with their official payment affiliate which doesn't work over the weekends...sigh! <_<

That CONFIRMS it!

My $300 withdrawal on Friday was paid on Saturday...under 24 hours...on a weekend! Yahooooo! :yahoo:

 

This Sunday morning, I made another withdrawal of $200 at Casino Room...paid in 2 hours!!! Yappa-dappa-doooo! :yahoo:

 

WATCH OUT CASUMO!!!...you've got a very serious competitor on your hands now...for me at least. :D

I don't know what else might be good about these guys but they spam me endlessly and it really frustrates me especially the SMS text spam. The offers are never anything exciting, Betfred and William Hill will often send me NDB or free money to play the machines in their shops via text, I can't complain about stuff like that but I don't recall ever having anything exciting from casino room. :(
